My stay at The Ritz-Carlton was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room had everything I needed, and the facilities were excellent. The hotel’s architecture is stunning , truly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever visited. Highly recommended!

First of all breathtaking the ambience the friendly staff from the front desk to the to buttler service were truly amazing front desk Ms Mary Gomes was very humble, kind and caring. Mr. Kelvin our butler was extremely helpful, and caring it seemed like he was just looking opportunities to serve us and honestly he served us whole heartedly. On the whole we had exceptional experience.

There was nothing that we disliked.

We had a wonderful experience at the Ritz-Carlton Riyadh. From the welcoming reception to the room, food, and overall service—everything exceeded our expectations. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding hospitality of the team. Our butlers, Azeem and Kelvin, were exceptional—professional yet warm, and they truly made us feel both cared for and at home. At the reception, Ahmed greeted us with genuine warmth and went out of his way to ensure our stay was memorable, as we were celebrating my son’s birthday. Even before our arrival, Mohdi thoughtfully reached out to ask about my son’s favorite color and character in order to plan a personalized surprise. The celebration at Al Orjouan restaurant was beyond beautiful—Mohammed and the entire staff went above and beyond to organize a delightful birthday party for my son, and their kindness made us feel so special. We are truly grateful for the generosity and hospitality of the Ritz-Carlton Riyadh team. This was our first stay, but certainly not our last, InshaAllah.

We booked three rooms for two nights, and had the best stay! Everyone was so lovely and accommodating, we had two small children with us and they set up a cute little play tent with toys in one of the rooms for them. It was gorgeous, and the hotel itself, stunning! One of the most beautiful places i have ever been!

Each time the valet brings my car the steering wheel came dusty

The honeymoon breakfast was beyond expectations and if I am coming back to the Ritz. It’s because of the honeymoon breakfast.

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with the security personnel outside the hotel. While taking a few photos with our digital camera near the entrance something we believed was completely acceptable, especially since the photos were only of my wife and we weren’t disturbing anyone. We were abruptly approached by security staff and treated in an unprofessional manner. They insisted we delete the photos and stood over us while we did so, despite there being no prior warning, signage, or clear policy communicated about photography restrictions in that area. The interaction was unnecessarily harsh and embarrassing, leaving a negative impression that felt completely out of place for a hotel of The Ritz-Carlton’s reputation.

The overall ambiance of the hotel was exceptional, elegant, calm, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. I would like to give special thanks to the butler team, particularly Ms. Fadila and Mr. Ayman, who went above and beyond in arranging our requests exceeding our expectations. Their attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. I also want to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Modi for her outstanding assistance throughout our stay. Her warm approach and consistent support made our experience even more memorable.

The place ambience is so luxurious. The staff were very accmodating. We were treated like VIPs. The staff services were exceptional and hospitality were at the highest level. Definitely, we will come back and book again.
