United StatesRoom was not available even at 5:30 pm. Mattress was cheap or old with springs pushing on my back. I asked for 2 extra pillows as we had very thin pillows but they said I can only get one as per their policy. Strange. Bed is the main item of comfort in a hotel room but the mattress was not comfortable at all. Water comes out of the bath shower area and makes outside area wet.

United StatesThis hotel is 15-20 mins walk to Madina mosque. It was very busy and shuttle is always full. They need to run more shuttles to accommodate guest volume so everyone get seat and space.

United KingdomUnfortunately, my stay at Zaha Taiba Hotel was affected by several issues. The guests in the room next to us were very loud late into the night. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, the reception staff responded rudely and showed little interest in helping resolve the situation. In addition, the location was not very convenient. There were no shops or basic services nearby, which made it difficult to get essentials. There was also a lot of construction going on in the surrounding area, which created noise and made the environment feel chaotic. While the hotel itself was clean, these problems made the stay far less comfortable than expected.
Zaha Taiba Hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay. The room was well-maintained, and the overall environment was quiet and orderly. The television offered free access to YouTube, which was a convenient feature. The Wi-Fi was functional, though the speed was somewhat slow. The hotel’s shuttle service was a strong point. The driver was courteous and helpful, contributing positively to the overall experience. This hotel is a suitable option for guests seeking a straightforward, well-managed place to stay.

United KingdomI’ll start of by saying this was one of the best hotels I’ve visited in the 2 holy cities. Since it’s fairly new the facilities were excellent, rooms were spacious and clean and the shower was amazing. The staff were also really good, brother Abdur Razak in particular was quite helpful. The breakfast was also extremely good and since it goes from 6am to 10am it’s good for children. The only thing I would point out is, it’s at least a 12-15 minute walk if you’re and adult and a brisk walker otherwise it can take up to 15-20 minutes. The walk is fairly straight, no hills on the way or any roads to cross. The hotel does provide a shuttle, fajr time it was between 3:30 and 4:00. And then I believe starting from 11:30am till after esha. A taxi is not a bad option also as many are waiting outside the hotel and charge from 10 to 15 riyals which is not bad considering the hotel is cheaper than most with the breakfast option. There is ample parking however I’m not sure if there’s a charge, don’t think there is as many cars were parked directly outside the hotel. Overall I would definitely come again and would recommend this hotel. Ps: there is 6 lifts so no waiting around or delays.
