There was no WiFi from arrival till the day we left,no tv,ac was not working well and 1 bathroom without hit water.

Staff not present in case of any issue. Bad WiFi reception (only found in the living room, no water or any drinks in the rooms, no sugar, tea bags or even cooking oil, bedsheets and towels not changed during whole stay

It is very rundown. the receptionist could not speak English very well. Pictures were very misleading. no ice facilities. The room fridge was warm when we arrived. No bedside lights

Before going there you should know that to use the cooker you need to pay extra, to use barbecue you need to pay extra. There is NO TV in the room and NO hairdryer which are indicated in the list of things in the room. The house is far from all possible adventures. The beach is not next to the house, that is total lie. There are only 2-3 takeaways 10-15 mins walk and they are not good at all. The room we chose didn’t match the pictures at all. The swimming pool is very cold.

If you want to be far from civilization that’s your place. If we had known that, we wouldn’t have booked for the whole week. The only good thing is that we arrived a bit earlier and they checked us in. Special thanks to Solomon, he is a friendly, ready to help man. Without his help the place would be total sadness.

No hot water in our room. Broken toilet seats. Plug points that don’t work. The property is old and requires renovations. I took a plate out from a cupboard that was filthy. The room that we stayed in had not been occupied for a while, which left it with a stuffy smell and itchy linen. As shared, the owner is rude and unhelpful too. When discussing a matter regarding payment the owner proceeded to yell at us over the phone and advised that she’d reported us to the police for leaving without payment.

Raffa - the houseboy, was wonderful. He really did his best to provide our family with a great experience. The owner however is rude and unhelpful in many ways - which is a pity considering this is our first experience of the Seychelles. We won’t be returning to this accommodation, and would not recommend a stay here.

we asked for an early check in and was Tom’s it would be an extra 50euros - no problem. we had booked for a suit with a private balcony which came at a higher price point . however we get to something of a dump cottage - as follows - unkempt stairway leading up to the room. - bad smell/ odour - power not working - no tea /coffee etc - room not befitting a suit room not prepared for a stay at all

absolutely appalling with an owner who has no service etiquette at all. the only good was eve views and the service attitude from the Zambian 23 year old who is doing what he knows is best .

First of clearance, there were insects all over the room, cockroaches, lizards flies etc no hot water, weak wi fi connection, and when we checked in staff asked us to move for one day to another villa cause they had private event we were tired from flight we said yes for this, when we moved there we found that in first villa at least we had wife even though was weak in second villa no Wi-Fi connection at all, you can not cook your food, to use the kitchen you have to pay 20 euro per usage, in the evening you can not walk to the villa cause there is no light on the way there, you have to have a car. you can not sleep properly cause of the noise of cats around, didn’t like the stay it’s not worth the money I’ve payed to stay there

When we arrived, the room it wasn't prepared, first day we had another room,and all day we didn't know anything bout what will be, there was no staff, nobody who we could talk.

No tv in the bedroom, tv in the communal area didn’t work, no drinking water, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was poor for instance there was a used razor in the shower. The location at night was very hard to find.

he structure needs some works to make it return as elegant and comfortable as it once was. Some problems like broken windows and old furniture should be fixed

The staff was very helpful and kind made the stay enjoyable. They satisfied our requests even allowing us to stay in the room after the check out time. It is possible to eat in the structure, the staff prepares breakfast and lunch and dinner if requested.

I had to deal with drunk people on the night and I’m with my wife and i was about to engage in a fight with both just to secure myself and my wife, the good part myself and my wife we are able to defend our self easily what about another guest or one lady ???! I don’t recommend this place at all and by the way horrible breakfast

it’s the worst place I ever seen, i came with my wife the bed sheet dirty smell bad no AC on the common area, not secure at all I had to deal with two drunk guys while our door of the room don’t close and the funny part we complaint and as simple as this no one care they were just worry about the money.

Lovely, hillside location. Nice and very quiet area but a little remote, if you don´t have a car (a 15-20min walk to the main road / approx. 25 minutes to the next mini-market). The pool is very nice, especially as swimming in the sea is depending from tides and waves (can be a very dangerous because of the huge rocks, but also awesome if the sea is calm). The in-house security personnel (cat) might be a little bit to lovely for its job - its purring very quickly... :)
