Big Place, we had a great stay there. Few supermarket around. And close to beach.

Apartments are located in a place with multiple supermarkets, takeaways and bus station, the beach is within 5 min walk downhill. Great location. Host also helped me with official booking to get my visa approved.

TLDR check-in and check-out processes were confusing. The apartment itself is dirty and smelly, constant noise from the street, neighbors and construction below. I do not recommend this place for a good rest, but when budget shrinks it can be an option. I warned the host about the time of my arrival, yet nobody was there to check me in or show me how to get into the building, I had to call multiple times so he finally would send a man to help me get in and take payment for rent. When I departed early in the morning, again nobody bothered to check if apartment was ok and I was free to leave it as it was. When I first entered the room with host assistant, kitchen table had some plates with food leftovers and takeaways foodbags, also some random kids backpack was hanging on the chair. To my surprise assistant just took everything out to the hall without a word and continued filling the papers. The apartment was generally dirty and smelly. Every surface on the kitchen was sticky and covered with fat and oil. No dishwashing soap. Gas oven is a whole story. They had a sparkler, but it was broken, so I had to use matches from previous guests and then to buy a lighter that I left here for the next poor souls. They had one teacup, one mug, one broken knife and couple of plates. Everything was dirty and I had to clean it twice with soap before using it. No frying pan, only a pot. It's absolutely not enough for a couple of guests. I couldn't put anything in a drawer because it was filled with sand and dust. Actually all surfaces are never swiped, dust just keeps growing and you cannot put anything anywhere because it will become dirty too. Despite all that, bathroom was generally the cleanest place and only had clump of hair in the drain waiting for me to clean it up. Towels were ok though you can see they have spots that will never disappear.

Communication with host was excellent and he was always willing to help, accommodating my needs.

Location is closer to the Beau villon beach which is an added advantage. Also there is a super market closeby and a take away place. Safe place within apartment. Microwave worked good.

1) Please note there is no AC in the living room and the small fan for the living room hardly had any effect. 2) No warm water in the bathrooms throughout my stay. I was given an excuse of solar power not effective and backup wasn't working too. 3) There was spider and spider nets around the corners and below the cots due to which mosquitoes were around. 4) Pictures provided in this forum did not match to the ground floor room I was accommodated, maybe as I was a solo travelling. 5) The kitchen plates and vessels were too old and in bad conditions to use. 6) Wish there was help with maps and places to visit or guidance on packages 7) No lobby/reception to wait if you reach earlier and wish to wait around until your departure. I was forced to spend time outside in the hot sun for hours until my departure.

The owner is very friendly and warm. There are good eating out options near the room. Bathroom was specious.

Room was clean, but two dead cockroaches lying around in the room. Another problem it was very hot and there was no air conditioning in the hall, it was only in the bedroom and not effecient.

The accommodation had really nice location. Next to the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our short stay there.

- Everything you need is there, but it's old and feels rundown. - The bed was really bad and really needs to be replaced. Matras you can feel the spirals which made it difficult to sleep - Location is on a busy street which is not very safe to walk at night. (speeding cars and no lights) It's a bit of a walk to the beach

The bedroom was bright and simple with air conditioning and its own bathroom. The view from the balcony was very pretty. The stuff was quite helpful and replied immediately.

The internet connection was unsteady to say the least especially at night. Remember to bring your own shampoo and amenities because they are not provided. Also, the accommodation we stayed was different than the one pictured in Booking.com.

Location was great. Just had an initial problem with identify the location via Google Maps. Probably didn't use the correct name for the property. Having my own little pool with my ground floor room was a big treat. Enjoyed hanging out there while recovering from the day and a bit of jet lag.

Had a little problem understanding where to leave the keys when I left. A kind neighbor straightened me out and all was good.

Location, alot of space in apartment, Viraf responds quickly to messages.

Wifi range is poor and internet is slow
