This place is amazing! Large apartment with an amazing view over beau vallon beach from living room/balcony and bedroom (very comfy bed). kitchen had everything needed. fridge has a freezer, ac in living room and bedroom. The most amazing reef for snorkelling is right in front of the house! We saw a turtle after being in the water for 5min!! Plenty of coral and fish as well. Everything you could possibly need is provided for you: beachshoes, outdoor shower, umbrella, stuff for kayaking and there was the possibility of laundry to be done for free! Communication with Barbara was perfectly simple and uncomplicated. Very helpful and caring. Just enjoy a carefree time there! Would recommend 10/10. We travelled a bit around mahe by car, but had to realise that the best place was actually our “home” :)

Perfect choice! The location is excellent, and the accommodations were spotless and very comfortable. The apartment is very spacious with a fabulous view to Beau Vallon Beach! The cove right in front of the property is a great spot to snorkel and they even offer kayaks for your use at no charge. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Everything was amazing

The property was spotless, perfectly located, and had everything we needed. Beach towels were provided, and there were also free kayaks available. The apartment had two air conditioners—one in the living room/kitchen area and another in the bedroom. It was very spacious overall. But the absolute highlight was the breathtaking, unforgettable view of the ocean—truly priceless. Barbara was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She assisted us with renting a car even before we arrived, sharing a local contact so we could get a much better price than the usual websites. The car was waiting for us when we arrived, and we were able to return it at the ferry terminal—super convenient! Honestly, this was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. When we come back, we’ll definitely stay here again. I’ll also recommend Barbara to all my friends. You’ll feel right at home—well looked after, everything is spotless, and that view is just incredible. Also, local shops are just a few minutes away, must try home delivery (recommended by Barbara ), and local restaurants are also within a 10-minute walk. One of the best beaches is also just a 5/10 minute walk away - Beau Vallon.

Modern, super clean apartment near a great beach. The property sits right above a charming cove as well. Barbara and Gilberto were incredibly kind and responsive - and organized a car rental last-minute that came to the apartment. Really enjoyed my stay.

I liked everything

it was a long trip for me from USA. But all the distance was worth it. best experience ever. the apartment was at a perfect location and the view was breathtaking. my fiance was crazy about the midnight sound of the ocean that can be heard from the rooms. she loved it. Barbara, the owner was checking us all the time if we need any thing else. I recommend the place for every one else.especially couples.

really nothing!! Everything perfect!

The apartment was beyond our expectations. The photos were good, but in the end, the apartment was even better. Directly on the sea with the reef just a few steps below. We rented a car in Mahe, with the intention of visiting the island, but we never used since we liked too much to stay there that we left the car in the private parking all the three days. Barbara the host is simply wonderful, we felt at home. The apartment also offers free kayak and snorkeling equipment like masks and fins. Very quite, the beach is just below and in the three days we were days we only met another couple for a few minutes. The snorkeling here is simply fantastic with the reef and the many fishes. You must check the tides since it is possible to enter the sea only at high tide or go by kayak. It is possible to reach Beau Vallon beach in 5 minutes walking. We also followed Barbara's suggestion for a very good Creole food delivery; we liked it a lot, very good fish, punctual delivery and cheap! The apartment is fully furnished so we also cooked there. In the end, we did not see anything in Mahe, but we enjoyed so much staying there.

Barbara was the first person I interacted with in the country and set the tone for what was to become a great experience. The room was very clean and modern, the kitchen equipped with basic needs, the crashing waves were right outside the balcony, arranged laundry, and the host was super helpful in setting me up with directions and arrangements. Surfers Cove sets the bar for any future experience I have in the Seychelles. It is also located just far enough from Victoria to enjoy a tranquil holiday but close enough to go into town whenever you want. It also looks better than the pictures! Definitely coming back.
