A room inside a stunning villa, really beautiful views, and the place itself is really clean. Alex, the Sri Lankan worker, made sure I had a wonderful breakfast , The location itself is relatively far from the center .

The price is really high for me and does not give value, also the owner of the place who is in Sweden on the first call raised her voice at me that I would pay immediately, lack of courtesy and it's a shame that it is like that, there is a really steep climb to the property and the bus stop is below, Also the water flow in the shower was really low, I managed without a car but you have to take this into account.

Good breakfast. Fresh fruits everyday from the host garden. Beautiful garden, giving nice fresh air surroundings. The host drove us around places of interest & the beach, at a fair cost for the day.

Include cereals for breakfast. Laundry for guests should be done, even at a cost would be better.

Very welcoming host. Give me very helpful information. Delicious breakfast.

Bit far away from other viewpoints. It’s better to have a car. Or you can take a bus. Sometimes have to wait for a long time.

The host Beryl is lovely, welcoming, thoutful. It's such a pleasure to get a drink with her and chat. The house and garden are nice, confortable.

Think that you just need a car to get around more easily.

We stayed in Orchard Home 4nights. Very cleaned room and all the House in manage very well by the madame that Is the owner of the House. The garden Is a Little paradise and the Place Is very calm.

Beryl has a very beautiful house and garden and from the first moment she made me feel at home and as if we had known each other for a while. We had nice chats and she was always making sure I was back at night at her place. For a female solo traveler I recommend this place 100%.

In Mahé is always better to rent a car but you can also move around by bus and Beryl will let you know cool places by bus.

Room was pretty small room, but it was ok for us

Everything perfect. Beryl is a great guest. she speaks many languages, including excellent italian, she prepares very rich and various breakfast, she has a beautyful garden with all the tropical fruits. The house is cozy and confortable. The view from our deluxe room was great.

If I had to give the rating to the owner, I would give her 10/10 because Beryl is a great person. The room and balcony was big. Breakfast was tasty and big enough.

The musty smell of dump in the room was really awful. Back home we had to wash our cloths twice to remove the smell. Also my make up brushes smell like mould, my bags, the backpack, our suitcases, but we cannot wash the suitcase so they just stink. We stayed in three different accommodations and only with this one we had this problem. The room is very old and doesn't look good, there are cracks in the wall and in the ceiling. There was some huge cocroaches coming out of the shower :( It is not a good place if you don't rent a car, as there are no places to eat in walking distance. Plus they don't have a vacuum cleaner, it means the floors and carpets are not too clean. You will also be asked and reminded every day to wash your feet before entering the house (which we did) but of course there was some sand in the towels or swimsuits, the next day we were reprimanded about the sand in our roon, but it's Seychelles, going to the beach is the main activity so I am not sure it is fully avoidable. Also there was one towel provided to dry your feet outside for all guests! At breakfast you sit at the common table, we were unlucky as the other guests didn't speak English and it was an awkward silence.

The owner ia very welcoming and lovely tobtalk to and learn about the islands , you fell at home. Deluxe room has excellent views on the mountains. Home made breakfast.

For a perfect 10 rooms needs some refurbishment.. quite old furniture in rooms.

Beryl is an exceptional host. She is so friendly, warm and welcoming. She even made us a home made meal when we arrived which was the yummiest food we had on the whole island!

We spent 15 wonderful days and nights at The Orchard Holiday Home. And it was fantastic! The house is very clean and cosy and Beryl and Alam do all the best for their guests! We had a room on the 1.floor with a balkony and a wonderful view to the sea, the garden and the mountains. We spent much time together, because we liked that... but everybody has the  privacy he wants in this house. There are many different places to sit and relax in the house and the garden. Sure, there are some rules for the guests. But we think that's important! Alam is a very nice guy, who cleans the house and the garden every day. And we know, he's a very good cook! Beryl, thank you for everything... for my first golf lessons, for our sunset evening with a beer at the beach, for our good conversations, for the fun and the laughing, for all your funny stories, for the massage in Chantalle's Salon (ask for that!), for the great food and the fresh fruits of your garden! Wonderful home with beautiful garden and outside area. Spacious room with big balcony and clean bathroom. Beryl was an amazing host, she had helpful tips and was always very kind and charming. The house is located on the quiet west coast as perfect spot to discover several beaches nearby. Thank you for having me!

Beryl just the loveliest host, everyday different breakfast with fruits from the beautiful garden, comfortable bed.

Didnt have a pic of the bathroom as booking.com wants but wanted to highlight other pics and videos about the Orchard Holiday Home (wishful). Beryl is an amazing host, the place was very well maintained, clean and tidy. Besides the ambience and hospitality, the nearby views from the location were gorgeous as the fruits from her garden are beautiful if you visit in season.

My partner and I bonded with Beryl and her staff very well, although some tourists might think she is picky about guests following the house rules.

Absolutely amazing experience! Beryl, the owner, was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. She answered all my questions before we arrived really fast. During our stay she let us use the kitchen for a small additional price, treated us with citronella tea and sugar canes and showed us around her beautiful garden. We paid for breakfasts, so every morning we enjoyed delicious meals with homegrown fruit. The avocado was the best I’ve ever tried! At one point I felt like Beryl was our Seychellois granny and we were visiting her for a holiday. We got a huge room with a nice balcony overviewing the mountains and the ocean. In the evenings cute little friends (lizards) came to visit us and we had some nice time together. Everything at the property is very clean and well-kept. The bed is really enormous but a little short for my husband (he’s 183 cm). However, he didn’t mind since he could easily sleep diagonally. The air conditioner worked well and quiet so we didn’t have to turn it off at night. The location is good. The house is on a hill, which guarantees pretty views. There’s a bus stop not too far away and it’s possible to take a bus both to the ferry and the airport.
