The room was dated and dark. The room was overlooking a busy street and so the window could not be open at night; there was no a/c and the room was small so would get very stuffy.

It was a good location to explore Orebro and not too far from the train station so it was easy to get to other towns and cities. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Chair was broken and I fell off it, dark room due to huge tree in front if window, no airco but a fan (which was in the description) and pretty oldfashioned. Ridiculous parking tarriff for the garage next door (Q-park).

The room is a bit dark. The breakfast room can get crowded at the rush hour. The car park is small and expensive, but public car parks around are expensive as well.

The hotel offers a great value for money for staying in Örebro. It is conveniently located within a 5min walk from the city center, historic castle and restaurants. The room is comfortable with the usual equipment, and reasonably spacious. The breakfast is good and abundant, with plenty of choices. The hotel has a dedicated car park.

There is a small lobby bar, but no space for kids and families to hang out. The family rooms are small - when the sofa is undone - there is virtually no space left in the room. Only paid parking is available and the garage was full when we arrived.

Central location - the Örebro Castle is just a 10 min. walk away, via a pleasant pedestrian street with lots of shops and cafes. Many restaurants of various price range and cuisine styles are within close reach. Tolerant attitude towards guests with dogs. Small electric kettle with tea cups, tea and coffee bags in every room. Small but functional shower.

Customers with cars will have to consider relatively expensive parking in the garage right next door, or on the street. But this is the case with most of the centrally located hotels these days. As Örebro is promoting green public transport and extensive use of bicycles, it is smarter to avoid driving there, if not absolutely unnecessary.

Friendly and helpful staff. Central location. Distance from the Örebro Södra station only 800m. Also the Central station is on a walking distance. Comfortable room, superior bed. Kettle, tea, coffee in the room. Also fridge and safe. Clean. Rich breakfast with some unique specialities, like boiled eggs with mayo and shrimp topping for example. Wifi is fast, functions without any VPN interruptions. Wine bar in the lobby, plus two excellent restaurants with decent prices on 50m from the hotel. An Indian/Nepalese and a Greek one. Quality for money is very good.

Good location with just a few minutes to shops, eateries and the station. Good and plentiful breakfast buffet and all day tea coffee. The wine bar in the lobby is a nice addition but alcohol in Sweden in pricey.

I could have been a bit cleaner, there was some dust and the bath was not super clean. We had booked a family room, being the only room available for 2 persons, we wrote a message that we were only going to be two, but the coach was made as a bed anyway, so we could not really use that part of the room like we would have liked. Bedlamps were too bright, more like a desk light than a bedside light.

Very complete breakfast buffet, almost evrything I could think of was there and of good quality. The hotel is on walking distance of the center, staff was friendly when there was contact (only check-inn and check-out). The room was very quiet, at the back of the building, not sure how it is at the road-side. The windows could be opened for fresh air, the curtains did block most of the light, what was very convenient when you want to sleep in. Big screen television, not sure about the channels.

Hotel based in the city center - 3 minutes walk from the castle. Hotel is very quiet and clean. Personnel very helpful and customer-focused. Will come back for certain.

The hotel is functional, but that is all it is. It does not have any atmosphere and you can feel that people are just doing their job, nothing more/nothing less. I found the constant buzzing of the ventilation system in the room very annoying as well as the view over the courtyard (carpark). You cannot leave your window open because there is some monster of a generator or whatever switching on and off all the time, that produces enormous noice.

    Breakfast is excellent.

A minor point but the room was a little small.

A great hotel. Hard to fault. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Best breakfast I've had whilst in Sweden. Free tea/coffee all day.
