Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

State of some furniture and facility in general demands more maintenance to be performed.
Nice hotel with secured parking and quiet room. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. It's well situated so close to the restaurant and shops.

The first night I was kept awake by a loud annoying noise. The night porter, tried to resolve problem, unsuccessfully, he had run out of ear plugs. Moved rooms next day, there were extremely noisy children. Although I was given 2 tokens to use, we were unable to use them so I returned them. This stay was not as enjoyable as my previous stay.
Central location, staff were very helpful, excellent selection at breakfast,.

The rooms are big, but the bathrooms are very small. Cold in the room even if the radiator was on.
Friendly and helpfull staff, but understaffed at breakfast when it was a fullbooked weekend. Central location, close to everything. Gym well equipped.

There is no parking, and you wrote on the website that you have parking. I am a guest, I don't know anyone in the city, and I don't know the rules and regulations. I was upset.

There was no parking at the hotel, and no one could really help. I received a 500sek fine for parking in the wrong area.
The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing.

Parking is big minus for non Swedish, all signs is in Swedish and for me was very hard to understand where I can park my car. Asked reception to help, but in time of checking nobody care about me and didn’t offer hotel parking. Hotel elevator needs renovation!

Overall level of cleanliness - room was full of old stains etc. Breakfast room was totally dirty - was difficult to find a cleaned table at the morning. Gym was pretty messy and obviously not cleaned long. Windows were also dirty. In our room one socket was missing and electric wires were hanging loosely out. I must underline that we travelled with child. WiFi was patchy. Even though at the homepage it was declared that hotel has free bikes, they explained that it is not the case. But there were actually 2 bikes stored in the hotel so not sure about having/not having the bikes.
I liked that we got the option to check in much earlier than estimated. Also there was a water kettle in the room with some coffee and tea. Gym in the hotel was pretty good specially for hotel standards. In bathroom there were hygienic items, including the body cream, from Rituals, also there was a dryer. Breakfast was mostly good with several options (incl for vegans).

The atmosphere that was too business-like, with no personal touch of any kind. The breakfast was OK. It felt like thousands of business hotels that are forgotten the minute you leave.

There was a smell in the bathroom. Room space is average for the room’s category in Scandinavian hotels - comfortable but not big .
Comfortable beds, the hotel is located in the centrum . Very good breakfast.

The water was leaking under the shower doors, no sealing was on them so that the floor was covered by water.
The bed was comfortable, warm floor in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good!

The entrance is beautiful, lots of food choices for breakfast, great facilities available to guests. The room was really clean abd had lots of little extras in it e.g. a fan and lots of drink options
