Location is fairly close to tram and train, but have to walk through very industrial area, which doesn't feel very welcoming. If you're travelling by car or taxi, no issues in regards to location. Lightswitches were very dirty and broken. Lampshade and sink also broken, but all still worked.

The breakfast was quite nice. During 2 very hot days, a fan was in the room, which made it bearable. Also comfortable bed (but a little short when you're over 1.85m/6ft). Noise doesn't seem to be an issue at all. Very friendly staff. Right next to Burger King and 24 hour petrol station, in case you need a midnight snack.

My 2nd time at the hotel, excellent as before. Super convenient for Stockholm (especially with own transport), with amenities close by, and great value for money. Nice relaxed ambiance at this hotel.

there were a few drunk youths outside when I arrived at night, but they didn't give me any hassle.

one of the most comfortable hotels I've been to, great value for money for Stockholm (as long as you have transport). At first the location looks a bit derelict, but the gas station, shop, and fast food restaurant nearby are very convenient. Excellent helpful staff.

The rooms are very tiny, although this matches with the price. The TV has limited channels. The hotel deducted money from my Visa Card before my Arrival. I wondered why the lady at the counter asked to see the card which I had used to pay!

The hotel staff are very welcoming. They are willing to help in case of any problem.

Bed and rooms too small. No mails especially for dinner. No enough sockets for charging electronics including phone and laptop

It's conveniently located from town centre and easily accessed

Room was a little small, large warehouses nearby made the area look sketchy, not much access to restaurants/groceries,

24-hour front desk service, reliable wifi, early breakfast, close to trains/public transportation

Bad noise isolation: Was woken up at 3am and 5am by a sneezing neighbour guest...

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nicely renovated room. Good Wi-Fi connection for no additional charge. Location is far off everything, but as long as you know what to expect: it's fine!

The location is out of the way and getting there from the train station is a bit dodgy if you want to take the quick route i.e. the walkway beside the motorway. Also, the bathrooms didn't have complimentary shampoo!

The breakfast on offer far exceeded what I would expect from a 2 star hotel. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was o.k. Just a hotel for a short stay when on a long cartrip. Perfectly near the motorway. The clerk at the reception at 1 o'clock in the morning was very helpful. Well, if you look before booking: It is in an industrial area, and it is not a beautyful surrounding. But this is not what it is meant to be. Also the next morning , the owner was there and very friedly.... Could stay there again when I need a place for the night passing by. Do not expect a park or garden. Just come-sleep and leave...

The site, exterior, entrance, reception seems not as good that the value you can get there. Rates are quite overpriced in comparison to average Europe (probably, typical for all Swedish hotels).

Good breakfast, bed, bathroom. Some (modest, but OK) dining options nearby. Good place to stay overnight and to escape Stockholm's traffic jams.

Note!! Hotel hold money from my account in one day and in second day took the same amount from my account. So I couldn't use this money. For 2 times I ask hotel to send requests to bank and release but they didn't do that. The wall lamp was broken and in room from bathroom come unbearable sewage smell. Brrr... Don't choose this hotel.

Location not so good, at least for tourism..area is industrial but there are some welcome facilities nearby like burger king, another 1 or 2 hotels, bowling centre and a convenience supermarket like store next to a petrol station. Reaching the nearest train station is like 10-15 minutes walking in a kind of weird road perimetrical to some warehouses which leads to a bridge above the motorway where you cross to the other side to find the station. Bathroom sink is a bit too small.

Extremely cheerful and helpful staff. Nice double room with lots of extras like big screen cable tv,desk with 2 chairs, big mirror next to the room's door, closet for clothes (can also hang your clothes in a separate section),a small electric fan for extra cooling etc. Rich breakfast every morning with many options. A coffee/orange juice/water machine always available to use in the kitchen for free. Vending machine also available on the first floor for beer, energy drinks, chocolates etc (you pay for these but prices are not bad at all). Wifi was fast and signal was very good. Comfortable space in the bathroom for shower and toilet. Just 2 stops away from the city centre via the commuter train/rail. Nice and tidy room whenever the cleaning staff cleaned. Didn't have any problem with noise either from other rooms or the street.

The price. Prices generally in hotels in Stockholm compared to what they provide are extremely high. I cannot immagine what would be the reaction of the Swedish people if they had to pay such prices for a hotel in Greece. Compared to the prices in Stockholm in Greece is as if you stay for free. And I mean when you compare hotels of the same category. This goes also for this hotel which is out of the city center and you have to change at least two means of transportation. Or if you arrive late or at the weekend you must walk all the distance from årstaberg station in the night. I can't imagine how it would be in the winter. I assume it is better if you have your own car. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for vacation. Only as a place to stay for a few days if you have some business to do. The variety of the breakfast with such price could be bigger. An annoying noise (zzzz) from some of the electric safes from the safe closet. I had to take out the key-card to completely cut the power off in order to stop the noise and be able to sleep.

Good staff, kind, polite and helpful in providing information. This goes for everybody in the reception and even for the staff for the cleaning with no exceptions. Wifi very good. Nice clean room a little bit small though. Every day cleaning of the room and changing of towels. Clean sheets. A table which can be used as a desk for your laptop, cabinets for your clothes and a small bathroom. Generally quite comfortable I must say. A warm and pleasant place to stay Breakfast quite good

The hotel itself and my room was quiet and clean. The towels were changed and daily. The personel was very helpful. The wifi worked very well. The breakfast had a very good variety of food, hot and cold. The location itself was good. There are bus stops outside the hotel that will take you to T-bana/J-line/L-line stations but if you like to walk a bit the nearest tram station (L-line) is very close. I really enjoyed my stay.
