The place was really nice, especially the helpful and polite staff and the breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Toilets and the kitchen area were always clean. The only thing is, if I had known the room was that small, I would have chosen a bigger one.

It came as a shock to my family and I that the toilets and bathrooms are shared. It will be helpful if this detail could be stated more clearly on the website. Asides that the facilities are neat.

Nice location, not far from Helsingborg station. A great choice for a family with children. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils. Breakfast inclusive.

Worn out fittings, door didn´t close properly by itself, faucet squeaked and toilet door was missing paint. Too small shower rooms with water all over the floor. These things are to be rebult. It was a little unexpected that the rooms didn´t have separate toilets but there were plenty of them so no problem.

The breakfast was great. The room and view was nice. The location was great.

For us, the parking was quite expensive and a bit difficult to navigate, but maybe for a private parking that price is normal

The toilet is in one room as the shower and you have to share it with a lot of people. There is one more toilet but without the shower.

Nice room and very good and tasty breakfast (unfortunately some stupid guests were behaving like pigs and touched everything with their hands, the staff could have at least told them something)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, confortable and quiet. Bathrooms and facilities are kept clean also. The living room is cosy and the kitchen is great.

In our room at one of corners there was pop corn on the floor and a meter away from that was a gam on the carpet. My daughter is two we don’t give her pop corn because she can choke with it. There was only one single towel for each and every one and I didn’t like that. The parking was kinda difficult to find and it costed extra 150 Swedish crones. The personal was really friendly but they constantly talked to each other, they were discussing different things about work and I really didn’t like that they were doing that in front of the customers they could have meetings for it.

The location couldn’t be better it was in the middle of the city. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good may I say and the personal thing as friendly and helpful.

Most of the hotel had a strange smell, like old feet or cigarettes. The parking garage was very confusing and inconvenient to use. Would have like some glasses in the room.

Breakfast buffet was very big and generous. The room was big and perfect for three people. Towels and sheets were provided.
