This is probably my fifth visit to Pronova Hotel. Everything is fine. Cleanliness, location. There are many clean showers and toilets in the hotel. Paid street parking. Please note that street parking is prohibited from 08:00 till 11:00.

It's really hard to find something that I didn't like because it was exactly what we wanted for an overnight stay in Norrkkoping.

The breakfast was really nice! The beds were very very comfortable!!! The location was amazing because the hostel is just behind the visualization centre and super close to the city centre (just 15 minutes on foot)! Also, there were many options for restaurants, bars, and pubs nearby which was really cool!

Don't talk down to your employees in front of guests. We were having breakfast and one of the staff kept telling the other she was rubbish at her work. She did this two days in a row, then was again talking about how bad that member of staff was on the Monday during breakfast. Very unprofessional.

A bit cold in the room, but there was extra electrical heater, which i could turn on. It took few nights to get to use to waterfall sound, which is quite laud.

Breakfast is very basic (boiled eggs, ham, cheese and bread), but as for hostel, this is an extra (I would say). I stayed second time this year, and the owner went extra mile to give me very good room after my request. Good location, almost in city center - especially good if you travel without car. Will come back.

Uncomfortable beds and not clean beds. Linens was stinky. Kitchen isn’t hostel like. You can not really cook there. No stove, oven. Not well equipped. No bowl for salad. You can just eat something precooked and put it in the microwave.

Only got one key for two people. We locked our key in by accident, took an hour to to fix since the place is unmanned late evenings.

Only one toilet. Wasn't properly cleaned for 2 days. Breakfast time is ridiculous... Never even managed to wake up for it... Checkout time is also super early 🙄🙄

Not a complaint but a small suggestion regarding the breakfast, I found it to be very basic with not many choices and I think the coffee / coffee machine is not so good and it could be easily improved.

The staff was helpful as I arrived quite late and they were able to arrange an easy late check in and even book a parking place for my motorcycle just in front of the building. I was thrilled by the fact that the building used to be an old threads factory and how it had been transformed into what is today! The room was spacious considering that I was traveling alone and the bathrooms where sufficient and clean.

Location is very central, but all the time there was some strange looking people in the expensive cars in the neighborhood. Breakfast is poor.

Bed is comfortable, Desk is good enough. There is other bed in the room, so you have a place for your baggage. There are few toilets and showers, so you don't have to wait if you need to use one of them.

Not much but I could kitchen with some steel knives and forks. The card key can only be used to open the door, so you should remember to take the card with you at all times otherwise if the card key is inside the room and you happen to close it you won't be able to open it.

Central location close to all the necessary facilities around the city so was convenient. We had booked a double room and the window facing the sky was nice. The temperature inside the room was very cool and gave a very nice sleep. So included breakfast was okay.

Cost quality ratio is extremely good at this establishment. Atleast for a group of four people. The breakfast was a nice bonus and they were very flexible with the check-in time.
