The location was great, right near Stortorget and Lilla Torg, and it was easily walkable from the central train station. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.

The hinged, glass, curved partial shower door was odd to look at and not very functional as it barely kept water from spraying all over the place.

The hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance to many places in the city center. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was very enjoyable; the friendly attitude of the service staff made our mornings even better. Overall, the staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only thing I personally did not like was that the bathroom had a bathtub instead of a shower, but this is just a personal preference. Other than that, everything was excellent

Excellent location! This hotel is right in the city center, close to all the sights and restaurants, while also being in a fairly quiet street. Breakfast was superb! Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Shower doors have a strange design, does not really stop water splashing everywhere

I booked a treat (a bottle of sparkling waiting for us in the room) for my girl's birthday and it was not there, very disappointed.

Good localisation - only 5 min walk to the train station, fantastic breakfast, spacious room

Didn't feel like Elite Hotel standard, bathroom was not fresh, shower door wasn't closing so bathroom ended up being all wet, water pressure was bad, room didn't feel fresh either, I was a bit disappointed considering it's the family of Elite Hotels and I was always happy with their hotels

It seemed a bit aged. Especially the bathroom.

Breakfast was ok but coffee very disappointing. More fresh fruit would have been good. Bircher muesli beautiful

Our room never had the tea bags etc replenished. Also, only one of each type but we both drink the same tea.

The hotel was central to Malmo and within easy reach of the main station. The staff were all very helpful and polite. The bed was comfortable and the room was a pretty good size.

The hotel was excellent in every way. It is in a perfect location, walking distance to everything. The room was wonderful. It was a good size, clean and comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was outstanding with great variety and the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Since we arrived by car we appreciated having parking that we reserved in advance for a fee in the hotel’s private underground garage. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Malmo.
