Parking not ideal to he honest, you park on the back side under ground, you use a code to open the door which you get at the reception and then you have to walk through the inner yard which has some heavy doors to get into the hotel. The hotel was a bit noisy at night, we heard some pipe works or drainage. When checking out we werent asked how our stay was and felt a bit rushed. We went to the garage back side forgetting the code, you cant get back in from the back side when exiting so had to walk the whole way around.

Great stay overall, nice rooms. Old classy hotel but clean. Breakfast was great.

We had a room with a door to the adjacent room, which was of course locked, but this door lets through a bit more noise than a normal wall would.

While the location is convenient, we stayed on a Saturday night and our room did get noise from the bar and street below into the early hours.

They could clean the rooms better (for example, fridge in the room). Our fridge was dirty, but the rest of the room was fine.

Location, staff, breakfast. Staff is super friendly, especially during breakfast hours. Ashley was great making us very comfortable and making sure we had everything we needed during breakfast. Staff at the reception as well.

I was disappointed with the morning reception staff during my recent stay. Upon arriving early, we were assigned a room that lacked any view, the window being completely obscured by internal buildings. Hoping for a room change to enjoy at least a partial view, we approached the reception only to be met with a disheartening response. The receptionist, despite a polite demeanor, quickly dismissed our request with a curt "No, I can’t do that," offering no further assistance or explanation. This interaction was an unfortunate start to our stay. One anticipates a certain level of service and flexibility at such a prestigious establishment. Unfortunately, when we requested a room change due to the lack of a view, the response was a flat refusal without any attempt to accommodate our reasonable request. For the price point and reputation of Elite Hotel, a more considerate and proactive approach from the staff is not just desired, but essential.

My breakfast experience at the restaurant was truly satisfying. The variety of food offered was impressive, catering to all tastes and preferences. Each dish was well-prepared and flavorful. Moreover, the restaurant's ambiance added to the enjoyment of the meal. The royal-style architecture was mesmerizing, creating an opulent and welcoming atmosphere that complemented the dining experience beautifully. The breakfast restaurant staff at the hotel were truly welcoming and professional. They provided an inviting atmosphere each morning, enhancing our dining experience with their attentive and efficient service. An exceptional location, conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the main bus station. This prime position offers easy access to various destinations, including the airport, Luleå University, and popular local activities like dog sledding. Its proximity to key transport links makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers looking to explore the city's attractions or venture further afield.

The electric vehicle charger point was not working. Parking entry is very tight so be careful while entering the parking lot. Parking is ~200 SEK per night. No free drinking water, you must buy from the minibar after paying ~1500 SEK per night.

Breakfast is Amazing so tasty and more than plenty choice, breakfast area is even more amazing, staff were smiling and welcome. All our requests were accommodated, location is perfect, very central. Lovely room with the view of the frozen lake and the bridge. Definitely visiting this 150 years old hotel again.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in December. The room was very cold and the windows were drafty. The heaters were locked so could not be adjusted. There was no water boiler in the room, so no possibility to have a warm drink.

Perfect location with easy access to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Spacious room with good working desk.
