Nothing to mention really, I had some trouble getting the tv started but as I was working I did not need it and did therefore not report the issue which I am sure would have been solved.

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of warm and cold dishes, different juices, smoothies, Ginger shots, cereals etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location in central Halmstad with parking close nearby.

The floor, it is noisy everytime we are walking. Sort of an old floor.

The waiter at the dinner felt a bit stressed, just like he wanted us to finish so that he could go home.

It is perfectly located in the center of Halmstad with bars and restaurants just around the corner. They had a superb breakfast and plenty of space. All staff was very polite and helpful.

Our ground floor room was just across the public WC so the sounds of the WC door opening and closing were continuous. Along with the loud voices of some groups of people in the ground floor corridor made it difficult for us to rest.

The loud music in the bar in front that was absolutely annoying. A terrible music and this bar unfortunately which luckily they stopped this horrific band at 22 PM. But some young people besides this bar closed they keep screaming, talking loud outside the hotel and makes impossible for sleep . The hotel should do something about. Which isn’t theirs fault. This is the only negative thing.

Impeccable Breakfast and the location was great . The best hotel in this town. Such wonderful bedroom and bed was so comfortable. Dinner in Fraz Bistro downstairs the hotel restaurant was luxury. I loved

We had a superior room with a kettle and mini-bar, but had to ask for cups and glasses. Often these were then either left dirty or removed completely when the room was cleaned - always addressed when we asked staff, but provision of clean cups and glasses each day should happen without the need to ask.

There were a lot of noise in the room 314: doors smacking.could hear a man peeing in the toilet and people talking loudly on the stairs at 23.30. I had to go out and ask them to be less noisy.

The room was little narrow so it was not much space to pass the bed at the end. If you order a taxi, it cant drive up to the hotel because it is located at a no driving zone.

The condition of this hotel is very good. It has a good bar, bakery and a flower shop inside. It is located at a small square with many restaurants and bars nearby. The bed was very comfy and the room had walk in shower

Twice the room door key did not function so we had to waste precious time walking back to the reception and then waiting in a queue to ask the receptionist to change or refresh our malfunctioning keys

There was loud music on the rooftop, the bass boomed through the hotel (almost like the walls were vibrating) till 1:30 in the night 😕. So couldn’t sleep until that time.

Poor/Old interior decor. Poor/Old exterior decor. Poor TV system No landline telephone in the room to even order room service. Not value for money. Poor restaurant meals menu.

Sound proof… can hear people on the phone from other rooms in the evening. It didn’t disturb my sleep but slightly bothered.
