It cost a little more than we initially booked it for so that was a little frustrating.

Breakfast not bad but same every day. For hot choices only bacon and scrambled eggs. Big variety of cheese and meat for sandwiches. Good coffee.

The bed could be more comfortable, and the room I had was very close to the entrance gate so it could get a bit noisy. Also, because it was on the ground floor, the windows didn't make it feel all that private.

The cost for the location and quality was great, very reasonable, and for Stockholm actually quite cheap. The staff were super friendly and the room was decent.

Low beams: watch your head and I found the lighting in the breakfast room a bit dark - however I found generally, Stockholm streets and restaurants are very dimly-lit, perhaps it's a cultural thing Also, it's a hearty 30 min walk into Stockholm city centre. The views along the way are spectacular and not a problem for us, but less keen walkers may find it far. Of course, using the nearby metro is an alternative and it's only a few stops to T-Centralen.

We got a spacious room on the ground floor. The beds were comfortable, the area was quiet and felt very safe. We had space for clothes and our suitcases. There was an excellent breakfast-buffet. The shower was good. We felt comfortable and at home. Good proximity to the metro Zinkensdamm. The neighbourhood is upmarket and offers good shops, restaurants etc and there are some lovely walks around. The staff were very helpful. The building is historic and characteristic.

Nothing, everything was pretty much perfect!

Everything was amazing, including the staff and the breakfast!! Only a couple of minor suggestions, to maybe offer some body lotion and room 404 let in quite a bit of light, so maybe have magnets to keep the curtains tight?

The breakfast room has no windows, and artificial red lights in the morning are not the most comfortable thing. Also, the bathroom, especially the shower, is really, really small. However, it is quite functional. The wardrobe has a hanging compartment, however, it isn't tall enough to put the coats inside.

Nice and charming room, lots of character, a coffee machine in the lobby just outside the room. Nice lobby, great coffee table books and board games. Nice and friendly staff. Ok breakfast, nice selection of cheeses.

The room could be improved, but in general was good.

The staff was super nice, they have free coffee and tea, the location is very close to a metro station, and relatively close for a walk to the city center. It’s a very good option for Stockholm.

The warm breakfast was all the same in the mornings.

Coffee corner was excellent, the bathroom was well-equipped and clean, the breakfast place at the basement was lovely.

We arrived and were greeted by a receptionist who told us that our room still needed to be cleaned. In the end after an hour and a half of waiting we did not get the room we had booked and already paid for with a French double bed but one with two single beds next to each other. We were fine with it, the location was worth it as well as the inconvenience.

Excellent location, connected to the metro in 5 min walk! Admirable welcome and helpfulness!

Breakfast room too small for the number of rooms/people. Not enough tables and very crowded at the buffet in a narrow corridor - made it difficult to get to coffee and food. There needs to be either a bigger room for breakfast or have a system of timed "sittings". No plug in washbasin despite the modern bathroom, so we probably wasted loads of water Room quite dark even with all lights on - difficult to see to read

The hotel was nice and characterful. The room was very compact but there was enough room for what we needed it for, as we didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway. Breakfast was fine and what you would expect. The location is excellent just a short walk from a metro station and walking distance to shops/bars/restaurants
