Small hotel that is still a proper hotel

    There is nothing to dislike.

I rarely write reviews for anything really but Hotel Zäta is one of few exceptions. It's a hotel that is as small as a hotel could possibly get while still being a proper hotel. The breakfast has enough options while not going over the top with bacon and stuff, it doesn't need that as it's not that kind of hotel.

The best designed, small hotel room I've ever been in. The loverly ladies that organized breakfast, helped with bookings & what to see and do for our 2x day stay.

The rooms are not necessarily top of the line but there is a quaintness to the whole place that makes up for it. I like that they use the traditional key system - it’s actually a very nostalgic element to the stay.

Room a bit small for two - not much storage space for long stay. Awkward bath / shower design.

Very good quality breakfast. Friendliness of staff. In city centre but quiet - handy for everything. Free parking in garage.

HARD TO GET TO IN THE CITY BY CAR. MANY ONE WAY STREETS AND NO PARKING TO SPEAK OF OTHER THAN AT THE UNDERGROUND PARKING AT THE HOTEL.

GREAT BREAKFAST. RECEIVED BREAKFAST PACKAGE, AS WE TRAVELED EARLY ONE MORNING. LOTS OF CUTE RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS CLOSE BY.

If you want to party and don't mind laser lights and loud drunks screaming, it's a good location.

Terrible noise from night club The Fabulous Sports Bar across from the court yard. It's located in the city center so I expected some noise. I didn't expect laser disco lights screaming drunks and bass starting at 1:00 in the morning. If reception had been open I would have asked to be moved or for a refund and found a different hotel.

Super comfortable basic room. The staff were helpful and friendly.

    No issues.

This hotel has private parking that is readily accessible although, the front of the hotel is in a restricted pedestrian area. This hotel's team is very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is in a central location. It's easy to walk round the town and take in its sights including a ski slope and an old town museum. A wide choice of restaurants are nearby and there's also a shopping mall (for those so inclined!). I'd not hesitate to use Hotell Zata again.

Double bed is two single beds pushed together. They even had two single blankets on them. It was comfortable otherwise To get into the shower/ bath you need to step over the end which is almost 1m high. I'm a fit young bloke and struggled to get in and out.

Staff were very helpful. Location is amazing. Room was warm with flexible heating
