Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

For beeing in a seemingly quiet small road, you can hear a lot of loud cars in the rooms to the street front. Also the hotel got food delivered at half past 3 am and the driver left the truck running directly under my window. There are rooms to the back which should be quieter if you are sensitive to noise. I closed the window and went back to sleep.
Room was good, a little bit old but clean and comfy. Good breakfast, nice staff. You can reach the city center and shopping possibilities easy by foot or tunnelbana

Our family room was adequate for our stay but small and not good airflow. Fan didn’t work. 1 adult & 2 teenagers
Amazing breakfast, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts so far. Great foyer area to wait for your room or a taxi etc. luggage storage room that the hotel has so you can continue exploring until departure from Stockholm. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I booked a room with windows, I arrived at 23 and they told me that everything is sold out and I will get a room with windows the next day. It was very bad to sleep in a room with no windows, compare it to being in a coffin.

Our room had a strange window setup with 1 narrow window in the corner and 1 low window under the ceiling. Looking at the hotel facade, there are many rooms like that, you can see in the booking.com photos as well, clearly some crazy design architect idea. Finally it did not bother us much, because it was sunny and we did not spend long time in our hotel room during the day, but I can imagine it can be bothering in autumn/winter.
One of the highlights of our stay was delicious breakfast with many fresh local and international options. Definitely worth coming back for. Otherwise everything was as expected: the room was clean and up to the standard of Best Western brand, staff was friendly and welcoming. This is not a new hotel, but very well maintained for sure. Locations is great to visit Stockholm, even on foot: 2 minutes walk you are at the top of Drottninggatan - famous pedestrian street dotted with cafes and shops which takes you all the way down to the old city. Otherwise an underground station is very close. All in all - good value for money!

A little bit far from the center. It takes 2~3 stops by metro to get to the center, though. The extra bed [a folding sofa bed] was not comfy, and the part where you put your head kept collapsing.
The room was clean. Staff was super helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Super safe. You need room keys to get to the part of the building where the rooms are.

Nothing - very good stay!
The location is great - just a couple of blocks from a main metro line. Nice rooms, clean, with a good amount of space. Grocery store just down the block, and close to coffee shops and cafes. Very good breakfast!

wider choice of coffee ,eg expresso (but such machines can break down)
relatively quiet area ,about 20 minutes walk;k to the centre or 5 minutes by metro .,This year there did not appear to be buses along the main boulevard SEAVAGEN .Breakfast enormous .you do not need lunch . crowded 0800 to 0930 ,so go earlier or laterIhave been to this hotel several times in the last 20 years and fully intend to come again next year .

Price/ quality compared to other hotels in the area a bit higher.
Location is excellent to visit Stockholm, walking distance to Gamla Stan. The room is clean, bathroom ok. The staff is very nice and helpful.

There is no direct parking within the hotel as you need to use the public parking (with an app you need to download)
