My room was opposite the lift and it was quite noisy when people were returning to the hotel late one night, but this isn't the hotel's fault.

Excellent breakfast buffet, constantly being restocked no matter what time you visited. Great hot and cold selection; fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and cereals, nuts and seeds, cheeses, meats, salad, pastries, full English items (scrambled egg, boiled egg, baked beans, bacon, sausage), waffle machine, plus much more! The bread selection was great, and the orange juice was delicious. It was nice that there was lots of local produce available too. I saw there was also a separate section that had gluten free, dairy free etc. The dining room was also very spacious, so plenty of seats even at busy times. Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets were available in reception 24/7. In the afternoon there were also complimentary fika treats at the bar in reception :) Excellent shower with great water pressure and temperature. Great location for exploring Malmö, the hotel is positioned on a quiet street. There's a little supermarket just at the end of the road which was handy.

The bathroom was smelly and no soundproofing in the rooms, we could hear the next room guests talking, kids crying at night.

The location of the hotel was good, close to many restaurants. The breakfast was good with varieties and kids' corner, which was pleasant.

Next to a bar/nightclub so gets very loud at night, dirty and old rooms. Decor is very outdated and probably hasn’t been updated in the last 20 years. There are old plush toys on the bed, like a teddy bear etc, I lit felt really disgusting having them in the bed, probably never been cleaned. Also the walls in the bathroom shower had a few blood stains on them that I saw the morning of leaving.. The breakfast staff was no were to be seen, lots of tables were left dirty for the entire time I was eating and there was no staff around.

Bathroom needs maintenance as the shower head could not be adjusted. Overall breakfast selection was good but hot breakfast was ice cold - except for waffles (they had a nice self service waffle making section which was a hit for our children)

Room was a nice size for 4 people and beds were very comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location around the corner from main shopping street and restaurants.

Quite small rooms (even for deluxe). Check in was supposed to be 3pm but ended up not being available until after 4pm. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but we had medical supplies that required refrigeration & disappointed as I had requested early check in if possible. After traveling over 24 hours & having been awake for 44 an hour(+) extra is a lot.

The stuffed toy dogs on the bed. I thought it was a bit odd to have children’s toys in our room.

Downstairs bar and lobby area was inviting and comfortable, loved the big leather sofas.

A bit weaker bathroom ventilation, thin walls between the room and corridor, weird noise sounding like dishwasher during the night, way too soft mattresses, the sauna was out of order during our stay.

Rich and tasty breakfast buffet, snacks, coffee and tea in the lobby, helpful staff, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, great location in the city center and close to the train station.

Had to upgrade and pay more to get a fridge in my room. Staff not very proactive and ready to help as in hotels where you pay a bit more. Breakfast lacking lactose free options. Walls in the hotel quite thin and needed earplugs to sleep
