Everything a bit old. We were surprised by renovatons when we got there, no warning before hand. Woken up on a Friday morning by loud hammering and workers at 8am. This could have been balanced with a discount of somme sorts.

Location good. Rooms and hallway a bit dated. Breakfast okay, nothing special, could use more fresh fruits etc and maybe more variations, very bread orienatated. Rooms seemed clean.

The bed was too soft for me, but that's a personal preference.

It was clean, quiet and well furnished. The breakfast was amazing and the localisation is very good.

I was informed until 8 am the street parking is free, need to pay after 8 am. I paid using my easypark app for the parking but unfortunately got a ticket because the street parking was not allowed for every Monday 8am to 11am. No way that a visitor from other country can know about this. Later found out that therr was a small warning inside the elevator but would be nice the staffs clearly not this to customers..

Had better hotel breakfasts in Stockholm but Hotel President breakfast was actually very good and plentiful.

Handy location near train station (if you have bags to carry). Short walk into town. River close by. Friendly staff, luggage storage, plenty of breakfast, spacious room. It was (at time of booking) cheaper to stay here than in a hostel.

We happened to book on the night of a large concert, and our first room faced out towards the locale. The windows didn’t do much at all as far as sound proofing goes, but we were moved to another room on the opposite side of the hallway and didn’t hear a thing, so we were happy.

Spacious room, full offering of toiletries, in room weights (random but nice touch, complimentary bubble water, complimentary coffee/tea bar at checkin/checkout, fantastic breakfast buffet… our family of four (two children aged 3 and 6) were very happy with our stay and will definitely be booking here again if we are in Norrköping!

The parking area in the hotel was very tight and steep. There was no bathtub in the bathroom although there was room for it. Our room had a view towards other buildings and the street.

The room was clean and comfortable. We arrived very late at the hotel and checked out early in the morning. There are nice restaurants and bars nearby the hotel. There was free parking at the hotel garage. The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was a good average buffet.

Our room didn't get clean in the second day (our mugs got changed but nothing else), probably due to some kind of misunderstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice room with gym barbells inside the room for training inspiration and an excellent breakfast!

The dining area was to noise. The place should be rebuilt with more curtains and carpeted floors.

Very good family room. Lots of space and room for a stroller inside the room. Also enough space for a small table and a chair to have somewhere to eat.

It would be a standard stay if it weren't for two things. First, it was the first ever hotel in my life that had a dedicated vegan breakfast section. Second, absolutely superb cosmetics - also vegan! My room was also super silent, something that I very much appreciated. The staff was also very nice and didn't mind polishing my Swedish on them. ;)
