I don’t like cold come inside from window and from the bath, when I finished washing and wanted to let the water out, it all came out of the vent under the bath.

Breakfast was good. But i think they need also banana, watermelon and vetekaka. Maybe some kanellbulle. Otherwise all the time are same breakfast.

There was nothing that we did not really like. However the hall ways are looking a little tired from the previous times we have visited and would benefit with a redecoration.

Breakfast was very good and the hotel is in a good position for us. Rooms are comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Not very good choice for gluten free diet. No clear instructions about location of Hotel's parking and how to pass there.

The shower doors are not made of tempered glass, as there was an incident with the cleaning lady while cleaning the bathroom and the whole shower door broke into tiny pieces of sharp glasses! The person in the reception informed me about this and offered a change of my room. I observed what happened when I got inside the room to collect my luggage and staff. I'm mentioning this for security reasons because I consider it as a major danger to anyone who is having a shower and for any reason the shower door can broke and put him/herself in danger! The hotel manager should make sure and test if the shower doors are made of tempered glass which is safe even if it breaks (it won't turned into thousand of pieces and collapse)

The room/hotel felt a bit dated. The bathroom had a weird sewer smell when taking a shower. Not sure if it had to do with the plumbing or if it was something else.

Very close to the shopping area and the water. Super animal friendly! They even provided a dog bed and a drinking bowl. Breakfast was very extensive and fresh. Great parking facilities under the hotel. Staff was helpful and professional.

Nothing, everything was of good standard.

Location - centre of the town and handy for places to eat, shopping. Close to the rail station. Excellent hotel as regards reception area and staff. Room very good though bathroom a little too warm. WiFi worked well. Excellent all you can eat breakfast. Overall very good value for money.

The bar of the hotel that seemed to be nice was open until 22:00, so there was no option for a late drink. A mini bar should be an advantage.

The staff was super polite and helpful. The location was very convenient. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast with many options.

Having to pay for the underground car park that was a bit tight to use. The on-street parking you need to pay for during the day.

The staff were excellent and attentive. I lost my mobile and they helped with the contact arrangements as well as checking locations in the hotel. It was recovered after I got home. Breakfast was very good

Breakfast was basic. Room without air condition was quite warm.

We had to repair the hotel router near our room to get the WiFi to work. No thanks from the hotel for doing the repair. No air conditioning so the room was very hot and the hotel had no fans. Curtains weren't adequately black out. Very noisy until 3am from hotel next door. Hallway carpet was filthy and hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned for a long time. No room servicing during our stay. Car parking was very expensive.

Location was excellent. Parking was expensive but convenient. We had a good view over the harbour. Front reception staff were very good. Room and bathroom sizes were good.

Breakfast was amazing, room was nice but it was very loud, there was a bar playing music late till night, so location not best possible. But we were only staying one night friday thru saturday so i dont know how it is on other week days.

for being a 4 stars hotel I was expecting more. The decoration of my room was pretty old, and the closet was pretty dusty. In the corridor to my room there were some small renovations, and that looked ugly. Early in the mornings there was a lot of cleaning equipment all over the corridor, which made the corridor to look even more messy.
