I could hear the noise outside the room from the corridor, which woke me up several times during the night (which made me feel tired in the morning).

Good location near the central station with many cafes and restaurants around. Breakfast was also good.

When we got off train from airport, it took us quite some time to go to the hotel, especially with heavy luggage, it was quite tiring. Can consider a taxi if you're travelling with heavy luggage. The hotel itself is quite nice.

The elevator to the room's floor is very cute. The beds are quite comfy and clean. Staffs are quite friendly. There was enough space for us to open to big luggages. Quite convenient location that is close to light rail station.

Very clean, great location, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed and very good price. free coffee and tea available all the time at the reception desk I got a small single room which turned out to be just the right choice for a short trip when you don't have much stuff with you and don't need much space.

Excellent location: less than 10 minutes walking from the train station and right on the main pedestrian street with shops, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

We were 3 people in one room and it was all good, but space was limited. We only had small suitcases, but if we'd stayed longer or had more luggage it would have been cramped in the room.

The location was great, directly on Drottninggatan and close to the city centre and train station. Staff was super nice and both check-in and check-out were super smooth. The rooms were cosy, clean and quiet and we had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was kinda basic, but still nice and a good selection .

The mattresses were extremely soft, very uncomfortable I'm sorry to say...also our double room was a little too small for our size. Still,overall.. a very nice hotel !

We loved everything, the staff, the location, the breakfast, the reasonable price for all that ! Everything was very good ! Especially Sarah and Grace at the reception desk were so helpful and friendly ! The lobby and the complimentary coffee and tea was great, every evening we used it as our own personal space ! Thank you so much guys, we loved both Stockholm and you !!! 😃

There was not slippers in the rooms or bathroom. I asked for it and they said we don't have slipper at all. I booked a triple room but the cups and services were for two person not three.

It was very close to the central station, just 15 minutes walk away and very close to the gamla stan(around 30 minutes walk). Close to shopping street and malls. Very cozy.

The second day we arrived at the hotel at 15.30 and the room wasn't clean and they told us that it was full and they hadn't had time.

In winter the room was quite cold. Shower is without tube and all floor was wet

Nice hotel with great location. My room had a lovely balcony and the building itself is old and beautiful. Authentic elevator and stairs
