Difficult to write anything here since we only stayed overnight and left very early in the morning.. If I were to write something then I'd say it's location is very nice and once all the construction works are done in the surrounding area then it might be a very beautiful location.

I like everything about this hotel: the rooms, the bed, the pillows, the bathroom, the amazing breakfast - one thing that doesn’t work for me is that you can’t open the windows. Air feels very dry. Back to positives - asked hotel before my arrival to book my taxi to work in the morning and that worked a treat! Otherwise it is very tricky to gather a taxi in the morning

The price for the family room was very much higher than the normal room even though the rooms were basically the same. The curtains and headboard were not clean in our room.

Very nice location overlooking the water but still easy to travel to the city centre. Very nice and helpful staff. Great that the spa facilities are included with the stay.

Staff didn`t inform me about parking and I paid 2x days parking fee and when I turn back to hotel there was not available parkin slot. I had to pay 2nd time for parking

The room size was small, and the bathroom was partitioned with the main bedroom with a glass and curtain screen. The bed room view was to a car park.

The lighting was a bit low, and there was not much space. Also, their coffee could be better.

Badly cleaned room. The remote looked like it was in someone's butt. Really. I took a photo. Also, stains and leftovers on the furniture. Unable to open a window to have some air.

Sadly the hot tubs weren’t working so we didn’t get the full “Wellness” experience.

Had a very cosy, stylish feel and a lovely position on the river. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious both breakfast and evening meals.

the bed was very uncomfortable. Don’t know how it’s possible for a Radisson hotel to have such uncomfortable bed, but I woke up with back pain both days. Stayed in so many different Radisson Blu’s before in different cities and never had an issue with beds. It’s a shame, otherwise it’s a nice hotel.

Location was perfect, right beside ferry port and bus stop so really easy to get around. Really luxurious hotel, with a gorgeous hot tub and sauna, which we didn't use unfortunately, but looked amazing! loved to room, really comfortable.

Would’ve been great if staff knew a little bit more about ferry departures that can take you across the river into town!

The wellness area was a great bonus, loved the rooftop pool!

The breakfast had a great variety including different juices, fruits and sweet and salty meals. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable (even the pillows).

I iron in the rooms could do with an upgrade to a steam iron as it was very difficult to press my clothes apart from that excellent.

The hotel was very nice, an excellent location 2 minutes walk from the ferry terminal. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and even offered us complementary late check which was very helpful. Would definitely come back and stay here.

The mattress feel a bit too soft for me. But not a big deal. Stilll a comfy bed. The breakfast place can be very crowded at times in the mornings. Most of the guests seem to stay for business trips and they come and go at a certain time window. If you can avoid these times you will enjoy a perfect breakfast. The coffee machines can not keep up with the quality of the food.

I stayed in that hotel for the third time and it is still one of my favourite places. The location is more business oriented (many big companies in the surrounding area). Anyways the ferry service to the city center is just 5 Minutes walk away if you seek for more entertainment in the city. The breakfast is one of the best I expirienced in European hotels. A wide variety of foods, the standards and local things.

Ferries only run every hour in the evening which was a bit of a pain. Had to get an Uber one evening at extra expense because we didn’t want to clock watch the whole evening. Not much going on around the hotel either - nowhere to grab a beer after 10pm
