Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was not good, windows doesn't open.
Location is great, especially easy if you travel by train from or to the Airport, just 2 minutes and you are in train station. Hotel is nice, but mostly for business. Room is spacious and big windows.

Great, great location! Steps away from the Central train station and the Arlanda Express train. Short walk to Gamla Stan where we spent most of our time.

There are not restrooms on the ground floor to service the size of the restaurant, especially during breakfast time.

Not crazy about the soft pillows. But, it wasn't important.
The food, including both breakfast and dinner were great. The staff was exceptional, always available and willing to assist however they could. Loved the view.

Air con in our room sounded like a toilet constantly flushing, though we didn’t report it, thought the cleaning staff may have noticed if it’s not normal? Otherwise hotel would have been perfect!
Location! Wouldn’t normally stay next to the station but it was perfect for the city pass to walk without using public transport and floors 13-16 was quiet enough. Staff were lovely and very clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed for four nights and was just what we needed to see the sights of Stockholm. Coffee machines in the room was great and lovely big towels and very comfortable beds.

Not much around the area save for the Central Station and Italian restaurant by the corner (which is is great) but great when connecting to the city centre and to other places including airport. And there are always taxis outside too.
The signature view of Stockholm, sound proofing, breakfast, fast lifts (no more waiting), quiet air con, comfortable beds and pillows, iron in the room and Nespresso machine with Stockholm coffee pods. Modern too.

Our room wasn't ready even though we arrived after 3pm. This wasn't in itself a problem as it was made available very quickly. Unfortunately this hurried changeover meant that the minibar was not replaced/audited and on arrival in the room we found the fridge half empty with a half drunk bottle of white wine present. Despite mentioning this immediately to the front desk and then subsequently the following morning, this was not rectified for the entire period of our 3 night stay. After checkout, where we mentioned this a third time, we were billed for a significant extra amount without notice, (presumably for the drinks the previous occupants consumed) after we had flown home. We still have not been given a reciept or explanation for this added charge, nor have repeated emails to both the hotel and the chain management been answered as of a week later. This put a real dampner on the entire experience and could have been easily avoided by the Radisson Blu Waterfront team.
Room was amazing, view was incredible and the location right next to the central station could not have been better. We checked in advance how to arrive on foot (take the escalator to the 2nd floor of the station at the far end above the food area then head towards the waterfront conference centre signs) fortunately so it was easy to find. Despite overlooking a busy road and the station it was exceptionally quiet. Great facilities too and nice welcome from staff. Check in and out both smooth. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Excellent location. Minutes from station. Walking distance. Very good room with excellent view. Cheerful helpful staff, especially Amelia who checked us in. Pleasant bar for drink. Didn’t use other facilities.
