The location is just next to the central train station but also not so far to walk to the city center. The view from our room was great. Breakfast was good but expensive as it was not included in the price.

Super clean, great location and albeit being very central and in close proximity to the central train station, it was super quiet due to effective sound proofing and because of that we had a very good sleep. Staff were very accommodating, professional and kind. River Views are amazing, not sure what the city view would be, seems to be a building next door so I recommend paying just a bit extra for river views of the old city. Shopping district is just 5 mins walk, old city around 15 mins slow walk. Will definitely book again next time we visit.

In the room: I needed slippers and didn't find any. There was a random click sound that went 2-3 times, and I couldn't place it.

Bar was too open off the lobby. Restaurant quiet menu limited but not a problem because went to the other Radisson nearby where there was an excellent seafood restaurant.

Location and room with a view. Good rooms - very clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was great - so much choice and excellent quality. Staff friendly and helpful. Did not eat in the evening - went to the seafood restaurant FISK at the Radisson Royal Viking hotel a short walk away and it was excellent.

Breakfast wasn't included and was very expensive per person. The restaurant staff were a bit standoffish. there is a conference centre attached to the hotel which meant there were a lot of people in the bar area which was so busy we didn't use it. Also storage in the room limited. No wardrobe just a hanging rod.

quiet room was quite large with comfortable beds. had a great view of the waterfront. Location was perfect, next to train station and the main thoroughfare with trams. 5 min walk to the main road to Gamla Stan & shopping & restaurants. staff were great. the hotel is behind the train station so lots of shops and eateries nearby. plenty of power points for charging. As most of scandinavia you have the option to not have your room cleaned everyday.

The breakfast closed time is too early at 10am.As the majority of travellers there are on leisure so it is better to delay breakfast till 11am.

The location of the hotel is great,next to the Central Station.Itbis very convenient to go around in Stockholm from the hotel.

the only issue was that the shower was overflowing and we used a lot of towels to clean the floor...

Perfect location, we could reach almost everything by foot! The room was quiet and relaxing!
