Waiting what felt like forever to check in,only 1 person at the desk,was a woman walking around ,seeing there was a waiting line,but didn't help. Took ages ,already paid for room online,but for some reason it took ages per person to check in.

I had found a good deal, it is not always the case. I check on it every time I am traveling but not always I can choose it.

It is modern, very clean, comfortable and with a pool and sauna. Staff went the top with service.

Great hotel. Staff were helpful, food in restaurant was excellent. Hotel is near airport but very quiet. shuttle service every 15 minutes, just five minutes to airport.Rooms small but efficient! We stay here every visit to Sweden and always a treat.

They should accept cash and credit cards, not just cards which get flagged up in the UK for fraud. Not a good business practice

We stayed only one night but we loved it. We booked two rooms and requested to be adjacent. They went even further and gave us two rooms connected by a door. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. There is a mini fridge and a kettle for tea or coffee. Breakfast was included and it’s amazing, so many choices! We didn’t use the pool because we were too tired, it looked really good! We asked for a late check out and they help us with a parking ticket! The staff is very friendly and super helpful! Car rental is next door, so we returned our rental car and took the hotel shuttle to the airport.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Everything was just as needed. They also have a sauna, although it could have been warmer.

"The entire hotel is very pleasant. The hotel is 2 km from the airport. We walked to the hotel although there is also a free shuttle available. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes and is scheduled to accommodate even very early morning flights. We didn't have breakfast because our flight was very early, but they start serving breakfast at 4:30. The room was comfortable, and the service was very pleasant.

We got several emails from the time we booked the hotel with invitation to upgrade, order some extras like fruits etc. But we mentioned, that we need a twin room, because we travel as a group, and the answer was "upon availability." Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that it is not possible to put extra bed in our room and we made upgrade to triple room. But there was a double bed... :=) I think that such things (that it is not possible to put extra bed to standard) could be announced in advance by the hotel, so that customers have the opportunity to choose a more convenient option. But thanks to reception girl, she really wanted to help and trying to do all possible for us. But overall we recommend the hotel and will stay again!

Very helpful staff on reception and restaurant. Very clean room, excellent bed linen, pillows and blanket. Modern hotel, beautiful interior. 5min to airport by shuttle bus, (free) every 15minutes. We used swimming pool and sauna (working till 23pm), it was nice after our skiing trip. The food in restaurant was good, and service by the young man was excellent! He is really a professional and friendly! It is possible also to have a breakfast early in the morning (full breakfast from 4.30). Also, it is just 100m from the rental car offices.

Great location if you are going to the airport. Breakfast starts at 4h30am. Shuttles between the hotel and airport every 15 minutes. Great facilities and comfortable beds.
