Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

FranceThe single windowless rooms are very small and so are the beds. It’s what you would expect but still it’s not great for longer stays.
The overall hotel is really nice and classy. The bar at the lobby is always animated. I loved the breakfast every morning, there’s a lot of choices! The sauna is a nice touch!

United KingdomAll was good, perhaps breakfast service got a little to busy, so i would recommend getting up and into the restaurant early to avoid the crowds.
Nice hotel in a central location. Secure, safe and welcoming in an upmarket shopping area of the city. Bed was very comfortable and room was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent plenty of hot and cold choices. Check out time of 12.00 was also useful for my last morning in Stokholm. Good value in an expensive city. Good location for the old town, vasa museum (very highly recommended) and all other attractions.

Great location for access to many aspects of Stockholm including the metro, shops, bars, museums and the waterfront. Stayed in a twin single with a friend on the 6th floor facing one of the streets with a few bars and was comfortable for the two of us. A little bit of noise outside but nothing major for a capital city. Gym and sauna was excellent value for money. Gym had a small multi gym, free-weights with bench, and treadmills. free fruit and water available. Both male and female sauna with closely located showers (swimmers to be worn) within the fitness facility. All free of charge and just need to ask reception to turn the sauna on 20 minutes in advance Breakfast was great, with plenty of options for everyone and open from 7am-11am Would definitely stay there again if returning to Stockholm

GermanyDuring check in front desk provided a room in the basement without window. My reservation didn't show this detail, therefore upgrade for room with daylight must be paied. For me personally a room wihtout window is not acceptable at all and I would like to receive that information upfront that I can take a decission.

The breakfast was a fantastic buffet and well managed, though finished serving at 9.30 am weekdays which was a little early. Staff were very helpful. Lovely view of the park and very centrally located. I had a lovely bath, though we did need staff to show us how to turn on the shower.

United KingdomI did want to go on the roof terrace but no one was able to assist but apart from this really minor thing, a perfect stay.
The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the thick of things but slightly away from the noise of the bars and restaurants. The room was super clean and perfectly functional but perhaps missing a little character/ Swedish design, the breakfast was fantastic so much on offer. I would have liked more cheese options and better coffee. The staff were lovely, could not have been more accommodating and the sauna in the gym was the final icing on a fantastic stay.

United StatesWonderful hotel, spacious yet cozy, amazing lounge area with comfy couches and chairs where everyone was doing their work or hanging out by the bar, everything is well maintained and of great quality. Attached is a restaurant and access to the gym is easy. It's in a great area of town, super central and easy to get to everything. My room was a shoebox it was tiny lol, single bed, desk, bathroom all super snug but I was traveling solo so it did the trick. For the price it was a little too small, but overall I really liked the hotel vibe, style and quality and would stay again.
