Fantastic breakfast

Location - one hour by public transport from the centre. Cold pool. Restaurant did not work on holidays (but breakfast was available every day). It would have been nice to have a new year’s eve dinner. The bar was closing after 9.30.

Delicious and full breakfast. HDMI cable available to watch own devices. Pool and sauna.

Location is good because it is quieter but far from the action.

The location was good, but a little bit out side of city center so you definitely can’t walk to much and need to take a taxi or Uber etc. Our only complaint is the thin walls. You can hear everything. Especially the loud neighbors who allowed their kids to run up and down the halls and pound on the walls after 2200..

Great, helpful and smiling staff, we really liked the carpet on the 2nd floor ( creative ). Clean. Pet friendly which is important for us.

The hotel is a bit outdated. The sauna was cold in the evening.

The hotel is located some 20 minutes from central Stockholm. It has a parking lot available for visitors. The breakfast was really good, with a very wide selection of foods. The room itself was very clean and nice. I also like that pool was available for visitors.

Difficult to get to by public transport, especially with kids. The hotel was ok but seemed a bit dated and the hotel was located in an industrial area opposite IKEA and some big shopping malls.

Good value for money, kids enjoyed the pool and the gym was basic but ok for a city hotel.

when we arrived we were told that the swimming pool was under maintenance due to some incidences and it had been like that for. afew days. only the day before we checked out was it working and we have to book them and we were late so we didnt get much use of them. terrible

Breakfast was good, location close to shops, motorway and plenty of parking. Bunk beds folded up making more space in the room.

We have done all our home work and booked breakfast time and swimmingpool, but hadn't received any info that pool was closed it wouldn't be so disappointing, if someone would call and we could plan our day otherwise :)

Modern hotel with really good selection in breakfast and small treats after breakfast to take out (one day cupkakes, other day fruits).A Lot of activities for kids ( kids playing room/cinema setion, drawing area). Beds confortable and I slept there really good :)

I missed latte or cappuchino option in the breakfast. Also small fridge in family rooms is also something really needed, specially in summer time.

Breakfast was really good, wide variety and fresh food. There was enough hot food, fruits and other sweets. Also good selection for sandwiches. Family room was clean, a bit small, but still good for 2 nights. It was really easy to travel with bublic transport to city centre, we used local LS app for that. Free parking place was also really great!

More staff is needed to cope with demand, and couldnt use a pool, because it was already fully booked when we arrived.

Great breakfast, friendly staff and the sauna area although small was really nice. The fact you book the sauna in advance gives you a bit more privacy.

They can’t make the invoice after 3 time asking just sent the payment receipt????

The information about parking was not given at the reception and we had to pay the fine pasted to our car but once we contacted the receptionist about the fine then we were told that we had to get a card from them to put it on our cars windshield, this unprofessional attitude costed us 500 sek 😮‍💨
