We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandWhen I made my booking I requested a room on higher floor. I got a response that they will do their best to book me such room. When checking in I was told I need to pay additionally if I want a room on higher floor. I just skipped. Also I got a room with a view to a street and not a canal but well, I guess it's just my luck. I don't like that room is not cleaned at all if you don't request it yourself. Also you don't have a kettle in your room.
I really liked hotel staff at reception. They were all very nice and helpful. I lost my card to to the room and they replaced it without any issues. I liked that room was specious and there was a fridge for my soda :). Breakfast is very yummy. Location is brilliant, just beside the canal and 5 minutes walk to the main square and 15 minutes walk to the Central railway station.

DenmarkThe room interior was a bit too much IKEA like. A for some reason single beds are still the standard in many Swedish hotels. I would have preferred King og Queen bed size. Shower in bathroom was a bit tiny, but functional. The value for money was a bit high.
Friendly staff and great hospitality. Great restaurant and quality food selection. Latter was a pleasant surprise. Nice location by the river, and close to shopping, train station etc.

United States of AmericaThe shower. The room I stayed in had one of the Swedish shower walls on a hinge. These just leak water everywhere in the bathroom and I always feel like a slob for it. Also, need a face/washcloth. It may be an American thing, but is needed.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, even for a very short stay. Easy to find and close to the airport. The lobby was modern, spacious, and clean.

SwedenShower was a bit odd as it wet half the floor when taking a shower. Would recommend to have slightly better shampoo, conditioner in the shower. Bar was good but a bit over priced on the food for the evening meal.
Friendly staff, nice view in the room and a very good breakfast. Central location close to central Linköping. Very nice and clean in the room. good value for money overall is our opinion. Good garage even if it cost a bit extra.

This is especially important for those on Air France who have understandably refused the free Cajun Cheddar sandwich that passes for inflight nutrients on said airline

Only the view was nice and good staff. Otherwise the rooms were extremly old and not renovated. Old carpets and bed. We woke up with difficulty breathing. My wife had bad allergies due to the old room and furniture. Will not choose to stay with this chain again as this room is quite unhealthy.
