The standard room was quite small, but since we only stayed one night, this was OK

We had a relatively small room, but only stayed 1 night. Super easy to reach from the airport, very close to the train station, so reaching Stockholm is easy too. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is showing some age. In the bathroom and shower maintenance is lacking. There is a fair bit of calcification, worn grouting etc. The lounge was just a degree or so cool for comfort - but the seating was comfortable and had a nice ambiance. The staff - really only the receptionist who we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. It was disappointing that we ended up on different floors though. The family room was of good size. the other was surprising small. The location is excellent - parking nearby (municipal that you have to pay for), a mall with eateries a stone's throw away and a train station.

Breakfast was fantastic. Wide selection, hot cold, fruit, breads etc. The range was large and eclectic and kept fresh.

I am a loyal Scandic customer but the room provided was not worth the money I paid. Not fresh and I found myself sneezing all night so it must have been dusty. A refurbishment for room 434 would be good.

I always like the breakfast and I enjoyed the pool. It was a good slot with one hour. Beautiful facilities apart from my room which was a disappointment and I was so tired to change.

Lot of rooms a facing indoor atrium. My room was dark and without any ventilation. Have stayed there before and same thing - try to avoid rooms facing atrium.

Breakfast was good, even though coffee not so much - traditional black coffee, no milk based coffees available.

We were not aware of the fact that you have to pay for the children waterpark (it might have mentioned somewhere but it might be a bit hidden….)

Great hotel and everyone in the family enjoyed the stay. Parents for the wellness and the children for the waterpark. Big family rooms and we enjoyed breakfast. Thank you, we hope to come back

It was a pity the pool was not open.

I loved the location for getting into Stockholm and the train station so accessible. Good little shopping area very near by and places to eat outside of the hotel. Would stay here again. Great breakfast included which was very good.

I found the staff at reception really helpful. I needed help when my flight was abruptly cancelled and they were excellent. I spoke to Nelson and two other very helpful people whose names I do not know. I had previously stayed in a place with no staff present, booked by my work, for the days I was working in Gothenberg and learnt how valuable the onsite help is when you do not speak the language. Location was excellent because being back in Stockholm for the weekend before returning home I wanted good access to Arlanda. The station is practically adjacent to the hotel and the line takes you quickly to Marsta and a fast bus from that station goes to Arlanda airport. Quiet well sound proofed hotel and a nearby shopping centre was very convenient.

Use of gym and swimming pool was too complicated. You have to reserve, the doors are closed. It should be easier....

The instructions about making up and cleaning the room was not clear. I was told to if I want the room to be cleaned the staff need to be informed 24 hour before.This information was not provided at check in time as it is unusual to how other hotels usually provide room cleaning service.
