We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The apartment is very bright, comfortable and clean. The beds are super comfy, even the folding one! Location is next to busy road but windows were perfect and completely reduced the noise.

FinlandDuring our stay it was really hot, and the apartment does not have cooling, so due to big windows and evening sun shining right inside the apartment it was very hot inside despite keeping all curtains closed. Kitchen equipment was a bit narrow (could have a frying pan, coffee maker and maybe a toaster)
The apartment was very clean, the neighbourhood quiet and peaceful and the commute to Stockholm center was easy and fast (by car). Washing machine was really handy.

BelgiumVery nice, modern, spacious and quiet apartment. Well equipped kitchen. We were by car so the free parking lot in front of the building came in handy (Parking your car overnight in the center can be very expensive) . Count between 15 and 20 minutes to reach the old town by car.

SwedenA very complicated registration process that I had to do two times. Around 20 emails plus messages on Booking.com. Alot of spam/false phising emails aswell from fake accounts who know about my booking. This makes me not wan’t to use the same agency again.

FinlandMany - To start with their online checkin, which almost like a visa application process. I was also not comfortable sharing my personal documents with third party. If I had know this procedure earlier, I wouldn’t have booked this. Mismanagement- They gave an incorrect code and I had to call multiple times to get the right code. 2) No proper arrangements- I booked the room for 3 and there were only 2 beds, we had to adjust with that. 3) Not solution oriented staff. All in all it’s not a pleasant experience and not recommended.
Property was modern and clean.
