We didn't like going from one building to the next, but it was understandable given the previous use of the buildings which we believe is now a listed building and therefore structure cannot be changed. Having said that, it wasn't too bad once you got used to it.

We liked the location, away from the city centre but not too far away as we walked to and from the city centre from the hotel. The bedroom was clean, bright and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were very good, providing a good range of options at breakfast.

If I'm i honest , have no dislikes, Just loved your staff they were so helpful and tried to put every thing wright . Helpful in helping us organise transport to places etc.

I am of the opinion that you catered to the needs of every on. Breakfast very healthy and diverse . I loved my beetroot drink and all the others I sampled. I loved everything no complaints no regrets, Wonderful staff and most polite and helpful.

The style and the location. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant also served delicious food. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed.

The room was tiny and felt claustrophobic. There was almost no separation between the tiny room and the bathroom. During breakfast time the staff removed everything within minutes when the breakfast time was over. It was very unpleasant.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I loved the view from the window. The hotel was very quiet. The atmosphere was pleasant and calm.

The location is amazing. You can either take a 15 minute walk to the city centre or take the ferry which is right next to the hotel. The hotel rooms are classy modern and the breakfast was great.

The rooms were simple which is fine but the bathroom felt tired and the shower just didn't feel clean ... grout discoloured, dirty corners. The sink was the weirdest and most awkward to use and this was the worst thing about the room, it made washing and brushing teeth a bit painful as water went everywhere!. I understand they have gone for a quirky design but design versus functionality sometimes doesn't work. The lounge area where you can have a drink (adjacent to the restaurant) was very small and 4 couples and it was full. As there was 4 of us, it made it difficult to find space for a drink before heading out to dinner.

The hotel was in a great location and loved the history of the building and the conversion, it was really interesting. The staff were great and the breakfast was incredible!

The shutters did not cut out all of the light and the bathroom was compact. The sink was style over function.

Hotel staff were so kind. They offered us a take away breakfast for our early leave. Breakfast had gluten free options. Gluten free cinnamon bun was so delicious. Location is amazing. You can walk or take a boat or take a bus literally in front of the hotel to old town.

Honestly, nothing.

Location - Beautiful hotel in really tranquil location. Close enough (20 mins) that you can walk to town, but on its own little island - silent at night and stunning views of the sea and old town across the water. Room - spacious, clean, calm. Extremely comfortable bed. Thoughtful interiors, strong shower. Service - incredible, nothing was too much trouble. Plug converters, extra pillows, a kettle with beautiful loose-leaf tea, ironing board and iron, and an extra early breakfast to go was prepared for us one morning when we had to get out before the breakfast buffet opened. They were also kind enough to offer us a complementary early check in because the room was ready when we arrived. Everyone kind and professional. Food - breakfast buffet is exceptional quality. Also dined one night and food was beautiful.

Great location. Cozy and very comfortable hotel. Very kind and friendly employees. Tasty breakfast and dinner. Great view. We were there for our honeymoon, thank you for their kindness and small gifts, that makes us feel really well. The room was great, all facilities worked well. The place of the hotel is close enough to the center but not in the middle of the action so it is very quiet, and also offers a a great chance for a morning and after dinner walk with fresh air breezing from the sea.
