The payment can be difficult to navigate using their online system as the link they provided just didn't want to connect with my online bank. I arrived at 14:00 which is 1 hour before check in and it was freezing. There is no staff there on a Sunday so I had to wait outside until another resident happened to open the door from which I was able to sit inside the foyer at least. I got connected to their staff in the city centre apartments and they at least allowed me to enter my apartment at the Sky Hotel before this was sorted out. But I ended up having to go to the city centre apartments to pay for my apartment in their other premises manually. It was a massively inconvenient situation, especially after travelling for so many hours. Concerning the room, based on the fact that this is now my second time staying at these apartments, I am beginning to think the TVs are for decoration because they never seem to work. I stayed in apartment 319 this time and the pillows on the bed were awful. I woke up some nights with a headache because of the flimsy support they provide. And it is a double bed, so it's only one pillow per side with no extras on offer in the cupboard.

This is my second time using the Sky Hotel in Linköping as my base for when I have my in-person campus weeks for university. Overall, it's very reasonably priced for the size of the apartment and general quality of what's on offer. It's close to the train and bus station which is why I chose to stay here.

The TV in the room didn't seem to be connected to any service and the WiFi wasn't great. I had to use my phone as a hotspot and stream content on my laptop.

I needed a place to stay for my face-to-face week for university. Getting to the apartment building was a bit strange coming from the train station as you have to walk across the tracks and through this industrial looking area. However, it is really close to the bus depot and to the city centre. It is very quiet too despite being close to the train tracks. The studio apartment was very nice and perfect for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The room was equipped with a small fridge freezer, two ring stove top, dish washer and microwave. There are small kitchen appliances, pans, pots, plates, etc. There was also an iron and ironing board and lots of closet space. Overall, good value for what was offered, especially in comparison to other places.

Not the Hotel's fault - But the flush-button on the toilet sometimes got stuck and then didn't flush very well... Also, as I was traveling with a friend, the bed was a little slim because she is a little bigger than I am and I sort of slept on the edge... we slept okay still because the bed was comfy! But maybe next time I'll try seeing if you guys have any twin beds instead haha

It was comfortable because we came to the hotel each evening and had everything we needed to be settled and satisfied. I had brought a freezer bag of cooked meals in lunchboxes and it was so nice that we could use the fridge and freezer to store it in, take out and heat it in the microwave. I could also make some instant cappuccino thanks to the water boiler (? Idk the name for those but you get me) and next time I visit, I should bring a small milk as well as a box of sugar. You had some there already but I do prefer the "real deal". I understand that it would be unnecessary to have that in the hotel already, as not all guests use milk or sugar, and so the risk of it getting expired and unused is high. I also want to say that I got away so cheap with this and I'm so grateful for that (I booked really early) because our budget is not superb.

Wider darkening curtain is needed as it missed a decimeter so it never got dark. Make sure to have suppliances enough for the guests and extra trashbags in the room, as well as a dishrag to be able to dry off tabletop after meals. That kitchen appliences are clean (we had old coffee filters left from previous guests) should be checked. So far this was the room with most misses, although only minor ones, after years of staying here, however still coming back. And the staff helped us fix the biggest trouble we had with only one set of towels on two guests.

The easy access of the parking, great shower, always interesting to see what view you get and we like that you can't access other floors than your own so it provides good safety. We are returning guests and have been staying at the hotel for almost 10 years with a break over the pandemic, and by that also twice a year.

The windows didn't open, which became a problem as the AC was very loud during the night. My room was also above a gym, which in fairness does not belong to the company, but it meant we could hear noise as early as 6 am. The kitchen was also slightly underequipped. The dishwasher was a nice touch, but there weren't really enough plates and cutlery to make it worthwhile to put on. It could have been better, but overall just some small things that brought it down.

It was very comfortable and clean. The shower was easy to use and a good size. The windows are large so lots of natural light could get in.

The new idea of having no one attending on site turns the stay much more cheaper I guess. However, I was attending in a conference and I lost my keycard during the day due to being very anxious with all the presentations and other responsibilities. Only when I arrived back to hotel that I realized I lost it at 10PM. I had to call security but it was not previously advised me that I would need to pay Kr$850 for only someone coming to me, open the door and go away. The person was very polite but she could not give me a new key card. So, I could not leave the hotel if I had too. Also, for arranging a new key card, I had to go to the other sky hotel in downtown. Another issue is that the message with instructions for taking the keycard comes by SMS. In a first moment I did not see the message neither in booking nor in my email and I got nervous about that. Only after a time I looked for it in my messages and found it. Not communicating by email is a little bit difficult and the instructions could come earlier. Actually I sent a message by here asking if I could be worry as I was arriving by 8PM and they only said they would send a message. I was also lucky I was with my SIM card from Brazil but I have colleagues that also stayed there and they changed their SIM card as it is cheaper. They did not receive the message and they had to call and they got very frustrated and confused. I recommend the ones that are not going by car to Linkoping to stay at the sky hotel in the city center. It is much easier to get there, it is better located and unlike the tornet, there is a reception desk during the day, which is much better to solve the issues.

The room is excellent! Beautiful bathroom, excellent shower, very clean. Having a small kitchen inside the room is also very good! The bed is very comfortable and the room is very quiet.

Customer support from Booking.com is a joke. It's almost impossible to contact them.

Nice facilities and location. Just don't book it through Booking.com. The hotel was always replying very quickly but Booking disappears once you've made the booking.
