Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomNo safe in the room, only one small pillow each. The bathroom was outdated. The restaurant service was unsatisfactory. It took 3 hours to have a main course. The drinks were not served in appropriate glassware. Staff had limited knowledge of food and drinks menus. Not enough seating in the bar and lounge area for the amount of guests. Staff were reluctant to open other areas for seating.
Our room was clean and it had a hairdryer.

SwedenLack of air conditioning. It was too hot in the room and opening the window did not help, in contrary, then there was a lot of sound as the room was located towards a roof. Only 1 of 3 charging stations for Tesla was working.
It is a nice location and the breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and helpful.

SwedenThe annex which we stayed in was run down and smelt of damp. We were overcharged on three separate occasions. The staff were pleasant but not so well trained (generally or in the establishment’s own systems). The food in the restaurant was of poor quality. Overall the establishment has aspirations beyond its competence.
Parts of the hotel are really nice but other parts are really past it. Söderköping is a pleasant town.
