The rooms are cosy and well designed. Great value for money. The district is really cool. The breakfast is ok.

Cosy and quiet room with inner courtyard view. We found it more spacious than average rooms.

The shower curtain: not really hygienic. It should be replaced with a shower screen.

Good location, easy to take a tram. Spacious rooms and bathroom and gigantic beds in the family room.

It was very dusty around microwave and no conditioner, we stayed a hot summer day and it was impossible to sleep because of the heat in the room. Scary elevation with second really heavy door and also there was no parking since it was full.

Location was perfect for me - right between the city centre and Saltholmen Ferry Station, with great public transport (tram and ferry stations are close by). Room was clean, breakfast was good (except for the coffee provided, that was really bad), staff was nice, check-in and check-out went extremely quick and smooth.

I was really cold in the room (it was a dark room looking north to the street), except for some reason in the middle of the night (the one time I actually like a lower temparature) when I woke up that I'm really hot because the heating is now on (still needed extra layers when I went to bed). Cupboard space in the room (standard twin) is very limited, bathroom is really small (I read that in advance, but it was annoying indeed, I even managed to get a few bruises). The room doors close automatically and very-very loudly, so expect to wake up the first time some neighbour leaves their room early morning. The kettle in my room would actually have been nice, if I didn't have packed a mini kettle in my carry-on, because it wasn't listed for this room type (listed for the rooms with higher prices). (City noises (i.e. trams) I expected and was fine with it, but might be useful for others to note).

The hotel is in a good position, not so far from the station (by tram). The staff was very kind; the breakfast was great, a lot of choice and good quality food!

I didn't like so much that the room I booked for three person had one double bed while the third one, although it was ready to use, was closed like a wardrobe and we had to open it ourselves.

Well run property with super helpful, friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

I don't think it is fair having a check in time at 15.00 whilst paying for the whole day

- Clean room, private bathroom - Breakfast was really good, they offered something for everyone ( Swedish or vegan food etc. ) - The receptionists were friendly and helpful - The location was a 30-40 minutes walk from a city center, but we liked the more calm surroundings.

- For someone who wouldn't want to use public transport or walk by foot, the location could be inconvenient.

The room and parking

Place was great for a couple of days stay in the heart of Gothenburg, very close to the public transport (Tram, ferry and bus). They had great breakfast, and staff was super friendly and helpful.

The lights were not very good placed, but it was not really an impediment.

The breakfast was amazing, the room was comfortable, it is very close to a tram station.

The "basic", necessary items in the room (bed linen, towels, surfaces) were very clean. The additional items (the decorative pillows, the bed runner) were stained and didn't appear to have been cleaned between guests. The information leaflet and the hotel bar menu has obviously been used before, they were normal sheets of thin paper and had liquid stains and were wrinkled. The room would have been great without these extras, I don't think you need decorative pillows, but if they are there and then dirty, that's kind of uncomfortable
