Nice hotel located in the center of Kristianstad. Quiet room with comfy bed. We had a pleasant evening in the cozy lobby bar. Breakfast was tasty and varied as well.

The bathroom is pretty worn down and old. The shower drain was clogged and the water overflew and covered half the bathroom. The water is first cold for a long time and then gets too warm but it is hard to change the temperature.

Centrally located, really nice lobby where you can have coffee. Good breakfast. Nice room.

impossible to sleep on weekends because the bar/disco attached to the hotel has extremely loud music till around 4am, very old room with plastic carpet…. cleaning could also improve. Clearly a property that needs refurbishment

Going up to the rooms, wasn’t the most well preserved or clean hallways. The room itself was a good size with beautiful high ceilings but unfortunately it was decorated quite tacky, not at all in the beautiful old style of the rest of the hotel building.

Super nice building from the outside and the entrance. In the centre and close to all bars, cafes and the nature reserve.

Room was a bit tiny and the toilet was very basic - but we managed. The view from the window of our room (# 115) was a big building wall - felt little suffocating. It was difficult to keep the twin beds together at night - those were moving too much!! Free WiFi was little disturbing - not working well with browsers other than Microsoft Edge.

Location was fabulous - close to public transport, shopping area, restaurants and major attractions of the city - can't be any better. Staffs were nice and friendly. Hotel allowed late checkout at 13:00, which was so helpful!! Breakfast was good. Liked the decor of the lobby and the restaurant (Lilla P), where we had our breakfast.

Old, smelly room with cheap furniture( different then picture when I make boking) I have stay i many hotels in Sweden but as this is Stadshotel we can make higher expectations especially if we speak about cleanliness and hospitality! After checking inn my room I discover mold and dark stains on the walls under the shower and toilet. When I asked to change my room one of the front desk member inform me that they dont have any other room and I have to stay since its already prepaid!!! After coming back to my room I check on booking and they have some availability for this night !!!! Restaurant and breakfast area are nice and clean but its look like back side of the hotel have quite loot to hide under the carpet. Definitely not recommended!!! Price after booking.com very long term member discount 1250 sek.

The bathroom was more like campsite standard, with plastic walls and worn fittings. Overall cleanliness was poor, probably due to worn out surfaces and equipment. Also, a very noisy fridge was set on the floor. The view towards the cluttered inner yard was not too inspiring either.

Old style hotel with a retro feel and large spaces. Staff is very service minded, despite limited services due to covid. Location is right on the main street and the lounge area is beautifully furnished with leather furniture and large windows.
