In a restaurant that looks fantastic, the menu was very disappointing, the staff totally unobservant and the service had big holes...What a shame? Where is the GM /F&B Manager

Nice spa facilities and water scooter rent

Services don't match price. Semi-friendly staff, no facility or service informations in the room, phone to reception wasn't answered, the exclusive view was towards an ugly concrete bridge and even when booking one of the most expensive suites you have to pay a steep price to use the spa area.

Comfy beds in a spacious room. Clean. Breakfast buffet had a good choice. Despite it seems to be the local party place on weekends (another pro for some as there is dancing and good drinks), the room itself was perfectly quiet.

Price is in the higher level and if anything else it should be the size of the room, very low importance though.

The Environment, interior and atmosphere is great, staff very service minded.

Dinner service was not great for us - we had to wait an hour for our main courses. I mentioned this at check out and just received a "it shouldn't be like that" - dinner service was busy but not full.

We have stayed here before and it has a fabulous view of the sound. The Spa is great with a little lounge area for a post work out drink, day beds to relax and take in the view.

Breakfast could have been better, not so much variation and the nuts were mixed together without text or signs. I'm allergic to hazelnuts and couldn't eat the mix. Boring bread.

Very good service at dinner, Josef (or Joseph) on his toes to satisfy all dinner guests, and there were a lot of them. 5/5 for him! Excellent dinner! Very good gym!

Had a bad experience doing the check-in at the hotel, not much information was given and nothing about the facilities. Regarding the price per night, we expected much more about the service and also the standard of the room. Things at the hotel need to be upgraded, about time to improve the standard.

Good location, nice breakfast and great dinner.

The only problem with this hotel is the sheer size of the complex. With hundreds of people in the breakfast room you get a feeling of a Siljaline boat or something.

Very luxury accommodation. I stayed in the villa and it was nice and quiet. Perfect bathroom!

There was nothing here that we didn't like. It was lovely and clean, awesome breakfast and friendly staff. I get nervous to say it was perfect because I'm afraid they'll raise their rates and I won't go back but to be honest I can find no fault with anything.

We liked everything about this place. The entire place is immaculate. Looks like it was just built it is so well cared for. It is on the water so there are beautiful relaxing views and the breakfast is unbelievable. More choices than we have ever seen. One side of the huge buffet table was Swedish foods and the other side was American. You could even make your own Belgian waffle easily and without any mess. They had it all figured out. They had a separate table with just yogurt and ever topping you could think of in it and then all the coffee, tea, juice. Milk, hot chocolate etc. It's like staying on a beautiful luxury liner. I believe that is the feeling they want you to get and they are successful. This place was amazing in everyway and we would go back in a heartbeat.

Room was too small for the money. The bed area could have been cleaner. Pillow were over used. The air system / heater was insufficient.

Very nice restaurant - both the atmosphere, service and the food. Lovely and inviting social / gathering areas. The room was generally clean - except for the mattress area along the edges of the bed.

Sub standard quality for being a 4 start hotel, no safe, stains on carpet and curtains, cheap toilet paper, room needs to be freshened up, overpriced restaurant too (Kookaburra). Also found out is was cheaper to book direct with the hotel than on this website, despite a large discount being advertised.

The room - junior suite standard was not worth the Price Worth SEK 3560 -2160- 1960 - around 1000 SEK a day would be more relevant for that standard of room. And no sea view.
