Technical issues during checkin (we didn't receive our keys and needed to call them), leak of personal information including email which led to lot of spam and phishing emails. We received text instructions to use entrance 2 while we got keys to entrance 1. Mobile keys do not work hassle free, sometimes it requires lot of repetitive tries. Parking is expensive especially for longer stays (134 SEK per 24 hours). No chair for toddlers, no coffee machine.

Very comfortable accommodation - good beds, furniture, two bathrooms, elevator, nice views. On call customer service is ok, non-working stove was replaced quite promtly. Excellent location, everything is in walkable reach. Price to quality ratio is very reasonable.

The fact that there were no black out curtains was very odd seeing as Åre is so far north it hardly gets dark in the summer. Wintertime is probably fine as it has the opposite problem. But it is something to keep in mind. The long welcome messages didn't feel so welcoming. There were many rules to follow that if broken would entail hefty fines and a lot of text to sort out. I got the feeling they had them for a reason but it made me a bit nervous. Especially seeing as the fan over the stove didn't seem to be working and if the fire alarm went off you would have to pay for the firefighters arrival. I tried to cook some food anyway and it worked fine but I took it very easy.

Very affordable. Very clean. Close to the centre. It was very silent as well. Even if many other reviewers had issues with the digital key and late replies, that was not the case for me. Key worked perfectly and the owners answered within a few minutes. I'm very satisfied with my stay and would stay there again if occation would arise.

I did not get the access to the building or my room until I called them customer service. There was another person at least who had the same issue. The automated email said wrong entrance number. I do not think the cleaners are properly cleaning the cuttlery and other kitchen utensils, and the knives were dirty and had residues of food when I checked in. Not sure of AC was working, the rooms were quite warm. Slightly inconvenient checkin anc checkout times, would have liked an earlier checkin or later checkout without an additional pay.

There was no reception. If a nice and helpful young man, Karim, hadn't come to the rescue (one of the staff), we don't know if we would have gotten in. There was no information about TV or wifi in the room. We also made a fault report about a stop in the sink, which was not fixed. Several light bulbs were missing. Regards Annika

The entrance is arranged via mobile app using Bluetooth to open the doors. Sometimes it takes up to half a minute to establish a connection and unlock the doors, a bit annoying, but at the same time no need for picking up/handing over keys

It was n amazing stay. Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, stove, kettle, so I had fresh breakfast every morning. Sound isolation is also great, doors are quite. Modern, fresh and comfortable room and bathroom. The view was spectacular. It's also located right next to ski tracks

Had a couple interactions with staff on mail and had a good experience both times. Friendly and helpful. I got a beautiful corner room with a stunning view. It had everything you need!

First of all, since it's an easy fix: no cork screw and to teaspoons. Second it was impossible to get a second electronic key for the second guest, requested by every means possible. They did answer the phone but could only tell me that keys needed to be issued via chat or email, which didn't work. They key we did get worked but sloppily, it sometimes took thirty seconds to get in. It was also impossible to get answers to questions about check in times, the request is still pending in the booking app.

It did not have ventilation over the cooker So I did not dare cook for fear of setting off the alarm.if there is a little high heat so I used the micro wave instead.

not clean upon arrival, we were missing linens and towls, the digital keycards hardly worked and i couldnt get in touch with anyone so i was locked out of the room for over an hour, same thing with the skilockers, the lock didnt work and we once again couldnt get in touch with anyone.

The property is in a good location about 10 minute walk to town, and a few minutes walk to the closest piste.

I couldn't check in and despite trying to get hold of somebody in charge we couldn't. I had to book a hotel and we had to pay for our stay att tott anyways. I tried numerous times to get in touch and have it all sorted out but no one ever replied. TOTT is a scam, stay away!
