breakfast was disappointing, porrige, eggs etc were cold, cheese selection poor, the second morning they ran out of bread. It would be great to have a real storage for skis and boots, the corridor gets very smelly when all the wet and sweaty skiing equipment is stored there.

Supernice location and great pool/spa area! The staff was really friendly and the dinner at the restaurant was delicious!

The pool area was too full of people and empty beer bottles (the hotel really should be more strict regarding this). The walls were very thin and we could often hear people from the corridor and our upstairs neighbors. Not sure if I would categorize it as 4 stars though.

Direct access from the hotel to the slopes (which are red slopes however, not suitable for beginners). Amazing views over Åre. Very friendly staff! Many choices for breakfast, which was delicious. The on-site restaurant offers delicious dinner as well. The cable car stop is 1 min walk and it takes you down to the village and back up for free.

Local transport to/from resorts - bus only went every 45 mins, meant we had to spend huge money on taxis. Not all our party were confidence skiers.

Tott = totally great. Staff are incredibly friendly. Food and drinks top class. Clean, beautiful hotel. Beds were small but fine for my 9 year old boy and I. Lovely spa. Lots of beautiful sparkly snow. We hope to come back in Spring time.

Not very clean. Tried not to think about what was in the pool. No shower gel/ soap provided in rooms. Floors in bedrooms permanently felt dusty even though valeted every day. Food expensive but poor quality- had a burger on the first night- stone cold and inedible- mentioned politely to the waiter -who was very nice but still had to pay for everything. I know sweden is expensive in comparison to the UK but £5 for a coke or a small bowel of chips gets trying after a while- also getting charged £3 for mayo instead of ketchup isn’t great! On the whole- friendly staff trying their best to deal with a busy week. Large volume of average food at breakfast but again- dealing with a large volume of guests- if you want something more upmarket go somewhere smaller.

The reason to go to TOTT is the location for ease of ski in and ski out. It is orientated for the masses- although we - as a family - were then in a sportsweek period so it was mobbed.

Boot room could have been bigger and restaurant menu could have been more varied to include more basic food - pasta, stews, pizza etc rather than just fine dining - made it very very expensive. Parking at £12 a day was expensive and not in line with what was advertised and the hotel could have offered a deal/ discount.

Being able to walk over a bridge from the 4th floor where the ski and boot room was direct to the lift. Spa with pool, hot tub and sauna. Kitchenette with fridge very useful and breakfast with so much to choose from.

Very friendly staff, great location, great breakfast with beautiful views on the lake, handy ski shop in hotel. Pool area was very nice and quiet when we visited. Didn't use the ski lift from the hotel as it was a drag lift which is hard for boarders but the vintage train was very easy to get to the slopes.

very convenient location, with ski-in/out facilities. ski rental in the hotel was convenient. staff was helpful, and helped us get in touch with kite-skiing instructor last minute. the ski storage room has plenty of storage space and the blower for the boots were great! we loved the sauna/pool especially after a tirimg day from skiing. the hotel is 5min walk from the tram station with easy access to town.

Hmm.. I am one of the pickiest people when it comes to detail and you had it all covered. Oh wait there was one thing.. the refrigerator smelled nasty so I suggest armon & hammer or some sort of deodorizer of some sort for it.

This was the most pleasant exsperiance for me. The overall stay was a 10! I would not consider any other resort for myself next year when I visit Åre. The only difference is that next year my friend and his family will be coming! 🤓

    Be more neutral, guys.

First - Åre is kind of magic. Slopes, food, mountains, atmophere- everything! The hotel is quite all right. BUT, guys...prevent your staff from discussions on the guests, ecpecially, when they are at the bar, while a guest is having a dinner in the restaurant. Beware - even Russian guest can understand Swedish. Was not so pleasant to listen to the comments on my personality. Each of us can have own opinion on this or that nation, still, you are working in the sphere of hospitality, don't forget.

Smallish standard room with 1side of bed against wall. Deluxe room's kitchen...especially the incredibly narrow sink. No hotel transfers from hotel to toen centre.

We stay in 2 different room type with similar facing rooms. The standard room was smallish with 1 side of bed against the wall. The kitchen was fully equipped with bar top & 2 chairs. The deluxe room was much bigger with a sofa & coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchenette was surprisingly 1 cabinet width narrower than the one in the standard room. So there was no microwave oven and the sink was very narrow, making washing difficult. Only cups and plates (placed side-ways) can be placed in the sink. The deluxe room would be the choice but hopefully the kitchenette could be improved with a revamp!

Staff was all very friendly and nice but we had this strange experience where someone came to change a light bulb in our room. I don't know if they did not know we had checked in already or not but twice they just walked into our room without knocking, the first time to find the light bulb and the second to bring it in. Very strange. Fortunately, I was not changing or showering when this happened but it was very disconcerting to both my husband and me.

Bed was very comfortable, view is beautiful, hotel is modern and nice. There is a kitchenette and a nice sitting space.

Late arrival to breakfast, may mean personal is working hard with refilling, and a few minutes waiting, but then again, enjoying the fantastic view from the dining hall.

Excellent value for money; right on the slope, high quality apt-studio with possibility to cook in for dinner, generous breakfast buffet, fantastic spa-section pool, ice-pool, hot bubble pools, mixed saunas for mixed groups, seperate saunas in locker rooms. Flexibility upon arrival/departure to store luggage and access spa/showers. We loved it! Great place to stay when temperture gets harsh as it often does over xmas/new year. Up the hill side and away from the market area, but only a 10-15 minutes quick walk through lit-up path in woods.

The Deluxe Room does not have a microwave oven. The kitchen space is 1 cupboard width narrower. The basin is so small that only cups can be placed in the basin, not even small plates. The bathroom does not have heated flooring. The heating bars in bathroom were not working and maintenance came and confirmed it was faulty.

We stayed 3N at Standard and 2N at Deluxe. The Standard Room though much smaller with bar counter & 2 stools had better kitchen space and a microwave oven to boot. The bathroom has heated flooring and spacious. The bed had one side sticking to the wall which is inconvenient for the person sleeping next to the wall. The Deluxe Room was much bigger with a dining table & 4 padded chairs and a large sofa & equal length coffee table. There was also a music player & TV placed on a console with drawers.
