Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BrazilI had a wonderful time overall, but I did encounter some issues with communication. As my room was well-insulated, I couldn't hear the announcements clearly from outside. Additionally, some announcements were not made in English, which made communication difficult. Despite everything being very good, I feel that the restaurants could offer more vegetarian options. Other than that, the cruise was fantastic, and I look forward to returning!
I absolutely loved the decks where I could see the northern lights at night! The view was breathtaking, with vibrant colors dancing across the sky, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The crisp, cool air added to the experience, making it feel even more special. Standing there, wrapped in a cozy blanket, I could hear the gentle hum of the ship cutting through the water, adding to the serene ambiance. The dinner foods were fantastic, with rich aromas wafting from the kitchen. The duty-free shop was a great bonus, offering a range of products at excellent prices, and the excitement of finding a good deal added to the fun. I also really enjoyed the ship itself; it was beautifully designed and well-maintained, with elegant decor and a welcoming ambiance. The live bands were amazing, filling the air with lively music that got everyone dancing and singing along. The room was incredibly comfortable and quiet, with a wonderfully soft bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The gentle rocking of the ship lulled me to sleep each night, and I woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the day's adventures. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm greetings and genuine care made the cruise experience even more delightful, creating a sense of home away from home.

GermanyI can't understand the announcement on the ship at all. It would be better if the announcement could be in English.

HungaryWe enjoyed everything on the cruise. The ports are easy to access and to find, warm and welcoming staff. The programs were great and we had fun during our stay on the cruise. The prices are not that expensive as I thought it would be. The room was clean and warm, not too big but it was okay for two people. The beds were comfortable. Bed linen and towels, were all included. Loved everything and I can only say good things about the ship. We will definitely come back one day to experience it again, or try another cruise from this company. :)

OmanSome of the passengers were not educated enough and kept some areas dirty by disposing of the garbage wherever on the floor, and it wasn't clean by the crew, especially the kids area. There is not labeled information of prohibition of drinking from the duty free, so a waitress came deliberated and took my opened can without warning me before. There are better ways to inform the guest about these policies
I loved the idea of moving from one country to other one by a cruise It was very easy to check in, a comfortable deck despite the fact that we were 4, lots of options to enjoy during the cruise, money worth, well maintained room , on time, super recommend with kids

United KingdomThe food options were a bit limited due to issues in the kitchen at one of the bars. A couple of very nice restaurants, but not a lot of options for just a normal meal.
Great way to travel between Sweden and Finland. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were all very friendly and professional! The spa was lovely - had a great massage and was lucky enough to watch the sunset through the porthole in the sauna 😍

United KingdomWe upgraded to a better room as it had a seaview, but it turned out the description was wrong and we ended up paying more for no window anyways. This is probably a booking.com fault with the description I don't know, but I do wish the cruise would have put us in a room with a window as one was free becuase of this. Info/reception were nicely staffed but they couldn't help us and blamed booking.com , I am not sure who writes the ads but be carefull when upgrading, seaview doesn't mean window cabin!
The ship was amazing, the restaurant was top notch, we dined in the bar a few times. The salmon sandwiches are to die for. There is a duty free shop on board to buy cheaper drinks and refreshments. There was a concert/Club entertainment which we really enjoyed. There is a kid softplay area and a PS5 for the teens.

United KingdomOur cabin was, unfortunately directly above the vehicle loading doors and it is incredibly loud with huge vibrations felt when the ferry calls at Arland. We were awoken on both outward (around 12.30am) and return (around 4am) journeys. Our son, on deck 10 wasn’t disturbed so would definitely advise booking a better cabin.
Superb value for money and an excellent way to see two brilliant European capital cities, as well as the Swedish Archipelago. Cabins are clean, beds are comfortable and all inclusive buffet (about £42) was incredible!

United KingdomConfusing rules about what food/drinks are allowed on board, and heard other people being given different answers
A great cheap way to see two awesome cities, and a great opportunity to experience a cruise if like us that kind of thing isn't usually in the budget. An easy process to get on and off the boat at stops. Experienced very little sea sickness (as someone who is usually sick this was a great bonus)

UkraineBe careful with registration. It's a little bit more complicated than on the official site, but it's also cheaper. First, you have to write in message personal data(name, surname, date of birth, and gender) of all people for whom you are booking this cruise. Then please ask you for your registration number because you will need it in the terminal for check-in. I also booked breakfast, and while paying for it, I saw the registration number and thought it was the registration number for all booking, not only for breakfast. And it was my mistake. Because in terminal when I tied to check in I was said that by this registration number I didn't have registered cabin. But then I called by phone on this booking, they immediately answered and gave me my registration number. And the problem was solved. Thank you for being fast.
The cruise is great. Beds are comfortable. Staff is nice. Breakfast is delicious, you can find a variety of food. Price is low. And you can bring your own food on board.

GermanyI don’t really have anything to complain about, because I think what I got was far more worth the price I paid. The only thing that I thought was a little pitty were the big glass fronts at the front of the upper deck. It would have been a lot nicer to sit there in a nice breeze than being fried under a glass roof in the hot sun😁 but it was still a great spot to sit and enjoy the sea.
Perfect if you have been to Stockholm before and have seen everything there😁. Booked this trip instead of a hotel in Stockholm as I have wanted to go to Helsinki for years and it was way cheaper than a regular hotel with similar standards would have been during summertime. The view you have while crossing the archipelago is priceless anyway, the cabins are comfortable, WiFi is not steady obviously depending on where you are at sea, but still ok. The buffet restaurant was not the cheapest, but considering the selection of food and drink and that there is even wine and beer included in the price makes it worth if you are really hungry. There are other á la carte restaurants on board with good selections as well as a pub and a duty free super market. I absolutely loved the spa and would totally recommend to go there right after the day in Helsinki. The ferry leaves in the afternoon in Stockholm and arrives in Helsinki in the morning around 9 o‘clock which will give you about 8 hours of free time to explore the city before going back on board and back to Stockholm over night. I liked Helsinki but in my opinion it’s in no comparison to Stockholm, so just flying to Stockholm to take this trip would not be what I would recommend. There are Hop-On-Hop-Off busses waiting at the port, so for someone who has never been to Helsinki I think this the best way to get around. They will take you to the biggest sights and allow you to explore what you like as they drive quite frequently. Combined with a voi day ticket for under 10 Euros I got to see all sights, spend time in the park at the waterfront, have lunch and shop on the market all relaxed within the few hours waiting for the ferry.
