Bad smell when entering in the room the first time, not really perfect cleaned for what we payed, might be improved.

The doors to the toilet could be better, with better isolation. As it such a small room, there was a feeling that you go to the toilet right next to the bed.

The light in bathroom turned on/off by sensor but would go out while showering A blind in room was broken

The staff was excellent and very helpful, room and view was nice, breakfast was great and bar/restaurant was amazing. Location was good. We'll visit again!

Reception stuff was SUPER nice and helpful!! ❤️ we select smallest room just for sleeping over night, but we would have get along for a longer time. Stylish hotel with anything what we need.

Cleaniness - First time in our stay in VOX hotel I was disappointed with the cleaniness. Although the bathrooms are very cool in their design, I can understand that it is difficult to see if all the hair etc has been removed. Unfortunately, there was someone's hair on the wall and it was not pleasant. Furthemore, the towels should be changed are they are visibly used. Bed - we originally chose the queen sized bed but the result was that it was two smaller beds pushed together. That meant that there was a hole in between the beds. I understand that it is comfortable for the hotel to have two seprate beds but it would be great if the hotel would have one big cover mattress over the bed if one wishes to sleep in a queen sized bed.

Breakfast was amazing as always. We loved that our room was on the 6th floor and the overall room layout was very good. Pillows were very comfortable. Location is amazing as the hotel is located right next to the lake. Everything is walking distance from the hotel.

Maybe stools would be nice to have something to sit on in the room besides the bed.

We had the smart room with no windows. The room was really nice, modern and fresh design. Many clever solutions for the little space. Ideal for one night or two. The breakfast was rich and really good. The placement of the hotel is ideal if you want to be close to the city centre. One street further is the main shopping mile and just across the river the old town with many restaurants and the central train station.

The furniture/closet near the head of the bed made me anxious, it was too close to the bed and with sharp edges. The lobby did not have any areas to hang out.

We got the room with the lake view and it was worth it. The bathroom was beautiful. The location was good.

I had booked a room without window and to be honest it was tiny like a boxed room and not cheap but i guess as there was a show there it was the only way.

Liked the hotel design, good location for restaurants, It was freezing cold so not ideal to leave the hotel but the hotel had it all. The breakfast was the best it had everything and more and really nicely presented.

Mattress on the double bed was combined out of two single mattresses. Extremely hot towel heater, got skin burn by accident. Great view, however, windows could have been cleaner.

The fact that the rooms without windows are like sexrooms. Nice for couples but not nice for siblings.
