How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

We understand your disappointment regarding the availability of our daybeds during your visit to our rooftop swimming pool and such occurences are during peak hours where availability is based on a first-come-first-serve basis. We would like to share that the comfort and safety of our guests are our top priority, and the maximum number of daybeds were accommodated in the space afforded. We regret to inform you that the hotel currently do not have a bar available but our tenants operating our rooftop restaurant aims to introduce dinner service and a bar sometime in Q4 2025. As you have rightly pointed out, our tenant-operated lobby cafe are closed on Mondays, and we do not provide room service on-property, which would otherwise be stated on the information page across all our online platforms. Gorgeous relaxing pool with wonderful facilities & exercise equipment. Well thought out & planned for functionality, great sofa lounges & deck lounges in water. Perfect water temperature & fluffy towels.
Room was a little small & cramped with 2 suitcases stored on the floor & cupboard could have more hanging space.

Verified reviewI requested a silent room in advance at the end of a coridor, and with no windows to street noise, and that was exactly what they provided. Very silent room. Well equipt. Location is perfect, close to a MRT with three lines. Close to a mall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good wifi. Room not large but not directly small either just enough space.
Too high prices for laundry service, otherwise everything was good.

Verified reviewThe location was good and so was the staff. The pool was decent and there was free ice-cream for a few hours in the afternoon. Unfortunately, that did not make up for the deficiencies of the room.
We stayed in the Family Loft. The room is badly designed. When we checked in the staff at the front-desk tried to get me to sign a liability waiver to not sue ASR in case of bodily harm, injury or death as a result of staying in the room. Having stayed there for seven nights it became clear why. A child could easily fit through the railing and fall, and the staircase itself is quite steep. More about the railing - it prevented us from getting any decent sleep. It's a big singular piece of metal that supports the stairs and is supported by the opposite walls of the room. Every time our neighbours walked up or down the stairs in their rooms our walls shook and their steps resonated very loudly. It was like someone was hitting the wall in the room next door. I can only assume it was the same for them despite us trying to be as light footed as possible.

We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests and would like to assure you that all our guest rooms are inspected and passed by the relevant governing authorities. Otherwise, we would recommend to accommodate you in a different room type under similar circumstances. Loft rooms all have children in. Multiple families allow their children to shout, scream and jump up and down the loft stairs at early hours! It went on for hours! Don’t get a lift room if you have older children.

There is not much that I would improve about our room, but maybe a light switch at or near the bathroom door instead of by the entrance door. Also, I wasn't sure if the windows were see-through from the outside. A little disconcerting when the shower and toilet look out onto a main road and apartments across the road, thankfully there was a roller blind for the non-exhibitionist types 😄
