1)The bathroom/toilet .. the glass door had this loud squeaking sound and sometimes in the middle of the night it squeaks (but just a little) . 2) air cond control is faulty. You can’t adjust 3) the curtains ! There seem to be a little gap (although a tiny one) but because right beside is an office . It makes me kinda uneasy n uncomfortable..

The bathroom needs a bit of a refurbish but it wasn’t too bad.

Size of room for two adults and two teens - was great. Took the family room with four single beds.

The pillows are too big and stiff, need four pillows per bed, need to keep bin inside room and one inside toilet, toilet hand shower should be on right side but in our room 1215 the toilet hand shower was on the left

The Towels looked old and flat for a Hotel but we didn't mind too much considering all the plus points and separate pool towels would have been preferred.

The non-provision of separate towels for use in the swimming pool. Inconvenient as have to wait for clean towels for use indoors in room.

The YWCA did not honour the free Lunch/dinner buffet. They say it is to do with booking.com. Can we get a refund on this. We are really unhappy with the attitude of the receptionist which make our stay unpleasant.

I don’t like that the towels are old, and there’s no hand towels. Also some more hooks in the bathroom would be great - and not expensive to put up

I like that it is a charity, and it’s clean, tidy, and handy to transport. Also that it has a pool.

Travelling as 3 single girls for Hyrox (fitness race) and had 3 single beds and plenty of room. Great location right near Dhoby Ghuat MRT station which has 3 lines running through. Plaza Singapore was across the road and plenty to see within walking distance.

Location: near MRT station & bus routes, lots of places to eat in & near hotel. Staff: very professional, helpful & friendly. Security: It was sometimes inconvenient trying to pass things to family members on different floors, but a card giving access to just our floor increased security, I felt. Laundry: well equipped.

I was assigned Room 2212. There seemed to be huge problem above this room- generator/A/C units on the roof perhaps- that made it noisier than being on the plane i had just got off. Very disappointing and disturbing. Issue was NOT the a/c in the actual room but extraneous to it. Severely detracted from my needed rest and relaxation after long haul flight. I was offered an alternative but given that I was travelling on the same day I chose not to take up the kind offer. Would stay at YWCA again but never on the 12th floor Room 1222!

Staff were very friendly and courteous. The ambience of the hotel is very congenial and inspiring, with the historical touches included in the lobby. General facilities were excellent.

No windows to enjoy fresh air Tank for hot water, if you are two people you need to wait 10 minutes in order to have the second shower Air conditioning in the main entrance too cold
