During our first night, we were not inform about the hot water. There is on and off buttom outside tje cr for the temperature of the shower.

The staff are friendly. During our check out in the morning last April 10, 2024, the staff is very helful in booking our grab ride. All the receptionist are pleasant and always wears a smile.

- we were so happy to see the bidet but the water pressure is too much so It’s unusable. It’s so high that it will bleed your private parts. I’m not even exaggerating. - can’t close the door at the bathroom

Hotel was pretty nice than expected. We were expecting something bad because of the reviews. The bed is comfortable and the room is not that small.

Room service is not so good, not sure if they really changed the sheets when we requested cos we noticed strands of hair after we came back, floors are not vacuumed as well. But their cleaner is an old aunty so maybe that's why.

Minor repair works were going on during daytime with drilling noise echoing through the walls but we were informed beforehand. Mold was forming along the wall-ceiling lines in the bathroom. Receptionist was informed.

The rooms are clean and suitable for those people who will not be spending most of their time in their rooms. There are so many establishments outside that you do not need to go to the centre.

Although this is an isolated incident, the fire alarm went nuts at 3am. Though it's not their fault we still expect compensation for what happened. Kahit kendi lang sana eh hahahhaa

The shop lot beside hotel was having renovation which makes you cannot stay there in the afternoon because of the noise. The lock for the toilet door was broken so it cannot be locked. Aircond was too cold and not adjustable.

The room was clean and well occupied. Location was far from city and no mrt station nearby but easily accessible with bus. There is a foodcourt nearby hotel that opens until night with varies choices and taste good. Staff was very friendly and polite.

They never changed the coffee/tea cups. Pillows are a bit hard.

Room is simple but comfortable. Bathroom is small and it's an Asian style wet bathroom, but it's clean and it's great to have a hot, strong shower after a busy day sightseeing. Location is great; there's a bus stop in front of the hotel, a hawker centre next door (great foods, very cheap), easy to get a taxi. Staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable.

For around $60 per person it was honestly value for money, the room was what I had expected: well-kept, clean and quite accurate to the pictures shown online. Shower was good, the water was strong and the temperature was right. Air con temperature was just right
