Location is distant from MRT but accessible by bus. Bathroom door didn't close, housekeeping needs to improve. Room is small, so be ready to manage with little space

Price is reasonable compared to other hotels.

The room and toilet were small even for a budget hotel. Noise isolation from hallway wasn’t good as we woke up one morning to someone shouting.

The room was clean and had all the necessities. The staff were nice and helpful. Held our luggage before check in.

I think 7.2 mark on the hotel review is overrated, is more like a 6.7 in Europe, because of the old smell from the room and the moisture that was maintained in the room.

Bathroom was tiny but not the worse.

Stayed here for a week and found it very comfortable. Liked the fact it didn't have a window because it was storming the week I stayed so helped me sleep better.

The rest room was so small.If you shower, the entire rest room is gonna get wet including the water closet

A few meters away from a hawker station. Located beside convenience stores. Has aa Ijoos vending machine and a few steps from two bus stations.

Front desk shld inform guests that hot water is not automatic & needs to be switched on.

Lots of eateries & convenience stores around the hotel. A 5min walk to the MRT connects you to most destinations. The hotel is comfortable, quiet & clean.

The rooms are small. There is a temple just next to the hotel where they are burning incense and the smoke is entering the room. If you have an allergy it can be a problem. The hotel is just for sleep and go, not for the long stay because there are few facilities. Just the bed and bathroom. But again it's a budget option.

Budget hotel next to the bus stop. There are some shop nearby and good Vietnamese café. Helpful and friendly staff which can assist you if you need something. Quite good price for Singapore.

Be great if bathroom tap can be a smaller one to be proportionate to sink. Water sprays out of the sink easily.

Despite being windowless, did not feel claustrophobic. Room is clean and smells clean too. Getting around is easy by bus (less than 2 min) to nearest MRT station. Plenty of nice food nearby although Whampoa Market and Food Centre closed for scheduled cleaning when I was there. Pleasant and helpful staff. Will definitely recommend to others.

The room was small, and you can hear other people. Bed was okay to sleep for 1 or 2 nights.

The room was value for money, clean and quite bright.

They should vacuum or sweep the floor when they do room make-up, Not sure also why the ceiling have wire mesh on it. Quite far from MRT.

The water was strong specially the shower. The Air Conditioner was cold enough to cover the area. Sturdy bed and pillow.

No windows, fridge. Very small room and toilet. Very basic. I am not sure if all budget Singapore hotel rooms are like this. MRT far.

You get what you pay for in terms of Singapore expense. Clean and quite. You can use the room just for sleep and toilet. Comfortable bed. Kettle available. Free wifi good. Bus stops are right in front. Receptionists very helpful, especially in giving directions. Small grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

It's smell like cigarette smoke upon entering our room but it said on the app that its a non smoking room.And location it not accessible by train to far from novena station the nearest transport is bus.And my son's room that they stayed have cockroach..not money's worth

The only small problem was a small leaking from the Aircon.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They storaged our luggage before the check in and after the check out. They arrange a space to breastfeed my baby Bedroom is well-equiped and clean.

no access to MRT, only bus. the toilet is too small, when you put your cloth on the toilet bowl, after shower all wet, can imagine how small it is. not secure as anyone can also access to the walkway & lifts to any floor and any room they want, they have a door I think previously was only able open via card but they disable it
