Check-in area 1st floor next to the restaurant, not enough check-in counters Gym very poorly equipped, one of the worst 5 star hotel gyms I have ever seen. Aircon and light control unit quite complicated, especially for older people, additional option to switch lights on and off manually recommended Windows are soundproofed, the doors are not, you can hear every cough and conversation from the floor.

Connecting room doors are paper thin, so definitely a more sound proof option. Pillows could be a little bigger, some of the electrical points for charging could be checked and smart TV’s could be added, along with 24hr room service.

With the Club facilities, the staff were generally good, but not always. The location is not as central as I would have liked.

Facilities in the Club room were very good. Excellent food and refreshments. Initially in the Club room the staff were very friendly, although later in my stay, the staff were rather perfunctory in their approach. The manager on the front desk was kind on my departure, and brought me a soft drink while I had to wait for an hour in the lobby after check-out. The swimming pool was excellent.

This hotel is a little gem. Great location near to City Hall MRT and really great people working there. The room was comfortable, quite big and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want. And the pool was so lovely on a hot day.

I returned to this hotel after a fabulous stay in January 2023, but this stay was a very different experience. The hotel was full and did not seem prepared to manage the number of guests on the property. The line for the breakfast buffet frequently stretched through the lobby and into the elevator waiting area. The meal that we ordered via in-room dining was delayed by over an hour and half and did not arrive until close to 10pm. And even then, one of the meals was someone else's and the order came without cutlery! Furthermore, I had to extend my stay on two occasions due to disrupted travel plans and was unable to do this via the front desk. Instead, I had to manage everything through an app, which was confusing and frustrating. After a few days, they finally began using the upstairs Crystal Club to accommodate the breakfast needs of guests in the morning, which was appreciated by those of us traveling with small, hungry children.

The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food (when you can get it) is quite good. The staff do their best to be polite.

I was upgraded into a room which is specially designed for family guests with kids. I am very thankful for that. However, this room is connected to another room by a door in the middle. So the noise cannot be insulated very well in both room. I heard some grownups’ sound from the next door in middle night and I have to require my kids to talk in a very low voice even though it was only 9pm.

Rather pricey for the amenities. Breakfast should be included. Room app was a bit temperamental. No lounge chair to be had. And lounge did not face the TV.

Good staff, beds comfy. The feature bathrooms were a lovely touch. Rooms were spacious for 2 and a bit tight with a child. We'll facilitates. Extendable table was a nice touch. Hotel staff sent us a small cake for our son's bday. Very nice touch Room service was prompt and exceeded expectations
