The pool advertisement is misleading. they have the smallest pool i’ve ever seen and them claiming that adults and every guests can enjoy? nope, i don’t think so. Walls in between hotel rooms aren’t sound proof at all. You can literally hear the neighbor singing while in the shower. and lastly they definitely need to improve their breakfast buffet coz it’s all over the place and low quality food. it tastes microwave food.

accessible to the bus stop, store and restaurants. less crowded area. clean hotel rooms and kind and welcoming hotel staffs.

The pool opening hours (9 am - 9 pm) could be different. We would have love to go on late night swims.

We liked the breakfast buffet. Especially with change of menu some days. It was great to have a gym and pool. The location is 15 min walk away from the metro. But that was totally okay. Customer service was very helpful.

Pool was a little small (not tragic) but there were only 3 recliners when we went past and 2 were taken. We would have sat there and had a dip, but needed another recliner, so left

We were in transit overnight in Singapore and hotel was everything it promised. Good room, good facilities, good breakfast, not too far from airport. Fantastic hawkers food market 5-10 minutes walk

The sewer smells outside the property sometimes. There’s no vent/fan in the washroom. No bath rug in the washroom.

It smells nice in the lobby. Our room was always cleaned nicely. The room is just the right size. I esp loved the water filter except the hot water dispenser didn’t work.

The pillows provided were a bit too soft. Our room was located directly facing the lift, so you can hear guests walking past.

Room is pretty small. Bidet was broken and if it's being used the whole floor gets wet. That was kind of annoying to be honest.

Breakfast is pretty decent. Great location, lots of places are easily walkable. It's literally nearby a hawker center and the bus stop so there's nothing to complain about.

-Small rooms, but that's Singapore. -Small bed to fit the small room. -For the size of the hotel, should have built-in more lifts. -Very expensive to get laundry done via hotel, so use the facilities provided on the 4th floor, $10/wash (detergent supplied) $10/dry -This is not the fault of the hotel, but if you want to be close to Chinatown, shopping, bars/restaurants and more touristy areas, stay elsewhere.

There is no vantilation in the bathroom. Also, breakfast is served outside, so it would be nice if bread and pastries are covered, because of the flyes.

The beds …the bed itself was comfortable but the legs of the bed and the stand to hold your luggage is situated way too close so I found myself constantly hitting my baby toe against the bed legs until it was really hurt and this caused me discomfort for my whole trip. I wish they would change the legs because everything else was really good.

Price was a little bit high.

The room was spacious and clean with lots of counter space for storage. The pull-out sofa bed was a plus for our family of 3. Breakfast was good.
