住客点评如何运作
每条住客评分在1到10分之间。为了得出所示的综合评分，我们会将收到的所有住客评分相加，然后将这个总和除以我们收到点评数量。我们使用加权点评系统，这意味着点评越新，对总评分的计算影响就越大。此外，住客还可以单独在一些重要方面打出“单项评分”，例如：位置、清洁度、工作人员、舒适度、设施、性价比以及免费WiFi。请注意，住客打出的单项评分与综合评分是分别单独提交的，所以两者之间没有直接联系。
如果您入住了在我们的平台预订的住宿，或者您曾到店但并未实际入住，都可以对该住宿进行点评。如需编辑已提交的点评，请联系我们的客服。
我们拥有人工和自动系统来专门甄别提交至我们平台的虚假点评。如经发现，我们会将其删除，并在必要时对相关责任人采取行动。
此外，无论谁发现可疑内容都可向我们的客服团队报告，我们的防欺诈团队会跟进调查。
理想情况下，无论是好评还是差评，我们会发布每一条收到的点评。但是，我们不会展示（在其它内容中）包含或涉及以下内容的任何评论：
- 政治敏感评论
- 促销内容
- 非法活动
- 个人或敏感信息（如电邮、电话号码或信用卡资料）
- 脏话、性暗示、仇恨言论、歧视性言论、威胁或涉及暴力的内容
- 垃圾邮件和虚假内容
- 虐待动物
- 假冒/仿冒（如：假冒他人写评论）
- 任何违反我们点评指南的内容。
为了确保点评的相关性，我们可能只接受退房后3个月内提交的点评，如果所示点评超过36个月，或者住宿发生所有权变更，我们可能会停止显示相关点评。
住宿可选择对点评做出回应。
如果您看到有多个点评，最新的点评会显示在最顶部，但也取决于其他几个因素（例如点评采用的语言、点评仅有评分还是也包括评论等）。您还可以按需对点评进行排序和/或筛选（例如按照一年中的时间、点评评分等）。
我们有时会展示来自其他知名旅行网站的外部评分。如有，我们将明确说明。

獨立房間天花板一直有個奇怪的聲音，但沒有大到影響睡眠的程度

廁所關門聲太大聲，睡覺時會一直被關門聲蹦蹦蹦打擾到，房間地板很多頭髮都沒清理

真实点评櫃台接待姐姐非常貼心，入住當天因為搭紅眼班機，我很早就到飯店了，我詢問櫃台可否讓我盥洗與寄放行李，對方不僅給了我一跳毛巾還讓我有充裕的梳洗，讓我感到非常溫暖，入住前，告訴我五樓的空間和早餐可以先行使用，後續也讓我提早入住，大約中午就可入住了，今天我離開前，和櫃檯姐姐聊天的過程中，我能真實感受到對方的真心及接納！
