Too noisy - could hear neighbours and construction work outside at night. Small room as well.

Location was good. It wasn’t in the city centre, but it was close to Glampong district with all the delicious Malai food! The double room was pretty small and neighbours could be heard opening and closing their doors. Also, every day the electricity was switched off for like an hour, which means no AC, so the room got pretty hot pretty quickly. The staff said something about maintenance going on, but as it happened every day at the same time, I’m pretty sure it was to cut down on electricity bill. They should have just been honest and said they are trying to economise, plus it would be environment friendly and everyone would have understood.

Rooms and nice and clean with very modern bathrooms/showers. The pool is small but a nice bonus to take a dip after sightseeing! Location is good & easy to get from the centre and the airport

Nothing really, maybe that it's a 10 minute walk to the metro but the bus stop is right outside if you don't mind getting the bus.

Rooftop pool was great with a view to match. The bed was very comfortable and room was cool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and was a nice touch to get new water everyday.

Windows are old fashioned

Room was spacious and clean. Pretty much close to all the areas which we had in our iterinary (major attraction places). Worth choosing this stay.

Very nice staff, comfortable bed and shower was great (big and good pressure), little pool at the top was nice for a quick dip as well, fridge in the room was great, ac also worked and coffee, water and tea was restocked every day, good location 10 min to lively Bugis area and subway, also close to Haji Lane and other good restaurants (different cuisines)

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Approx 7 minutes walk to Bugis MRT. The room was fantastic, the staff were friendly, the hotel smelt amazing, and it was nice and clean. We had a great stay!

Our room was in a separate building from the main hotel. It was small and very noisy. We could hear every time someone went in or out of the building or their room.

The pool was nice and the staff was helpful & friendly. The bathroom (especially the shower) was good.

It would have been nice to have a bigger common area other than the few chairs in the lobby. Since I had a few friends staying in other floors, there was not a proper common area to meet other than the lobby. Would be nice to have a small area with a few chairs.

Guests can easily access any part of the country since there are 2 Metro stations nearby and bus stops right outside so it is a very good location with areas like Haji Lane and the Mustafa Centre in walking distance. Plenty of spots to eat and as female travellers we felt very safe in this area and at the hotel itself. All the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, especially Sufi, the Duty Manager was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would love to visit again.

The beamer didn’t work with AirPlay. The room was smaller which was okay for three nights but might be annoying if you’re staying for a longer time. The floor could have been cleaner, for example, we found some hair on the floor (long strands of hair and we both have short hair so I couldn’t have been us).

Pool on the rooftop. (We could use it even after checking out.) Good location: many restaurants close by and it was possible to walk to the city centre or take a bus. We felt comfortable with the modern furniture. We liked the balcony (even though it was a bit too hot to spend too much time on it).
