We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe Clan was a wonderful hotel with both location (the metro station was just down around the corner from the lobby) and amenities. The staff was accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Could not recommend this hotel more. It was clean, quiet and in the best location.

Hong KongUpkeep could be slightly better, I had problem with the shower head when I arrived as it was old, the water pressure was bad and the water goes every direction. But they did change it the day after I raise the issue The aircon is a bit noisy and not really cold enough, it does blow very loudly but the temperature just wasn’t really cool enough for a good night sleep. Perhaps the duvet were too thick for the Singapore weather too. Had issue with water drainage in the sink but again they fix it as soon as I raised it. But these things could’ve been better maintained and not wait for client to raise it.
Location is amazing, close to office, surrounded by lotsss of really good restaurant and 10mins walk away from marina bay sands 24hr gym which is handy for my early morning routine Efficiency in fixing issues I raised

GermanyWe booked quite ahead of time. Unfortunately, we were only informed that the pool would be closed due to renovations about 72 hours prior to our arrival. It was on their website and must have been stated there for a while, which we did not check due to completing the booking process exclusively with Booking.com. We understand that renovations are necessary from time to time and there was a possibility to use the pool at another hotel including transport to and from the alternative location. However, it took away the spontaneity of being able to go for a quick swim from our room. We would have appreciated an earlier communication to allow us more time to possibly choose an alternative.
Beautiful location, restaurants and activities in walking distance (including the Bay, if a longer walk is no problem), gorgeous architecture and amazingly friendly staff. The rooms are well designed, comfortable, breakfast is well curated and delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and calm place to stay in Singapur.

United KingdomUnfortunately the pool was being refurbished, and we probably wouldn't have booked the hotel if we had known in advance. The hotel did have a sister hotel which they said we could use with free taxis but not as convenient. They did notify us a few days before the trip but a bit late for us the reorganize everything.
Great location right next to the underground train station MRT blue line , so convenient to visit all over Singapore and easy walking distance to bars and restaurants on the edge of china town.

RomaniaUnfortunately we were very unlucky that the pool area was closed because they were renovating. They offered guests the possibility to go to a sister hotel to enjoy the pool and they arranged the transfer but we didn t have time for that. Hopefully next time we are luckier.
The hotel is amazing, great view, the room is beautiful and comfortable. The beds are great, it was quiet, the view was superb! It s conveniently located and the staff was <3. We had the whole day to explore when we checked out and we were happy that we could leave our luggage at the hotel and shower when we got back to pick up our luggage and ride to the airport. I will definitely come again!

After checking out we were welcome to store our luggage at the hotel and then after sightseeing have a shower and change our clothes upstairs in the gym area before catching our plane to Europe. MalaysiaIt was very difficult to control the hot and cold water during the shower. Water could be suddenly too hot or too cold.
Superb location! There are a total of 3 entrances to Teluk Ayer MRT station. 1 just next to the hotel with covered walkway. Lau Pa Sat and Amoy street food court are within walking distance. Hotel room is clean, equipped with many socket outlets and all the necessary facilities. Bed was comfortable too.

United StatesRooftop Pool I was looking forward to was being renovated and unavailable during the stay. I was notified about it only days/a week before the stay - I booked well in advance so didn’t have other options on a short notice. Hotel kindly offered the use of the pool in a sister hotel, but we skipped on it as it would be a bit cumbersome to go with our swimming gear, flip flops, wet hair, changing into our regular street clothes on a way to/from another hotel, although I am sure it is possible, it’s just not very relaxing.
Fantastic location, right next to beautiful China town and steps from the metro station - two stops to Gardens by the Bay and the Marina promenade. Clean, staff is very nice, especially enjoyed a conversation with the gentleman giving the tea ceremony.
