Nothing to complain about but it's good to be aware that there are no lifts if you have heavy luggage. Though they offered to carry my bag for me.

The location is perfect. In the old town but just a few yards off the noisy busy tourist strip. Lovely reception area and incredibly helpful and accommodating management. Full of charm.

We travelled through Slovenia with our backpack and just had a twelve day holiday with our tent so we were very happy with the room, but the bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was a lot of hair on the floor and even 2 spiders in the corners. As said, we didn’t mind but I can imagine other people would make a problem out of this. Even though there was AC, the room was still very hot.

Very charming hotel in the middle of the city centre. Very quick response and great service from the staff! Delicious breakfast that’s included in the price and great spacious rooms and good shower. We asked for an early check-in and that wasn’t a problem at all, we got it for free, thank you for that, we appreciated it!

Everything was great, but fyi, the carpet runner on the main stairs was a bit loose and I worried that an older patron could slip on this (sorry I didn’t mention it)

This lovely boutique hotel in the heart of old town Ljubliana was a sweet place to stay. We appreciated having a two room and bathroom, linked family unit that both faced the street. The staff were friendly and hospitable and the breakfasts were very good :) It was a fun touch to offer a bit of local blueberry brandy and grape scnapps when guests arrive :) I should add that this town was especially artsy and unique: there were thrifting opportunities for our kids and the castle had a unique blend of interesting exhibits and beautiful modern design incorporated into a medieval core footprint.

The air conditioner in my room was only okay. Although it was on all the time at the coolest settings, my room was never as cool as the rest of the hotel (I visited in August, so it was very warm throughout the day and night).

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, with great suggestions for restaurants and how to get around Ljubljana. The location is great for central Ljubljana. The breakfast was very good, lots of options and really great scrambled eggs. The bed in the room was very comfortable.

A classical stylish hotel, close to everhthing!Friendly and helpful staff. The room was Just like the picture and beds where comfortable. Breakfast changes each day with a little detail and you get special service if you order eggs. Defenatly recommend the hotel and best of all, your dog is welcome!

The air conditioning functioned very poorly. Days were very hot in our Ljubljana stay, so we kept the air on, but at night, the outdoor air was cooler and more comfortable than the room itself, and breathing in the closed room was uncomfortable. It was a very nice room in an ideal location of the city, with that one discomfort.

The breakfast was excellent: varied, fresh and delicious. The patio where breakfast can be eaten is a little small and fills up quickly, so the second choice, the basement dining room is all right too. The staff is exceptionally attentive, and the help they gave with orientation in Ljubljana, calling a taxi, advising about attractions was very good.

Breakfast officially starts only at 8 pm - ok for tourists but not so practical for business guests. However I did get always something if I came before. - There is a fridge in the room, but it is empty - some bottles of water would have been appreciated as it was quite hot. - The room has been rather small, no chair (just a stool) or desk to do work. Good for sleeping mainly.

Charming small hotel in a historic building, located in the midst of Ljubljana's attractive historic center (pedestrian zone). Everything in the hotel is antique - incuding the furniture of your room. Very stylish, it gives you a feeling of diving into old times. So you must not expect modern conveniences (i.e. no elevater, no climatization in the room). But everything is working and well maintained. - Good continental breakfast with fresh, local ingredients. - Friendly staff.

The location - it is one of the very few hotels in the old centre. There's a small lounge which is nice in this price range. Our room was large and the aircon good. Nice breakfast, which can be had in the courtyard. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel, in its traditional style, has real character.
